oh i see, I honestly thought that if you miss a day without getting 8hours then it sets you back.
Im really confused Pau Ko, as to what to do
I chose MLS but haven't been consistent.
I want to be someone that hits all their goals, doesn't procrastinate, gets the work done before ahead of time and yet has a life, is chilled and enjoying life too.
I want to be able to study and not feel like i am afraid or giving up inside.
Does all this still warrant EPRHA or shall i stick with MLS or try another sub?

No, It's not a wastage of your time, better to keep going slowly and making a slow progress than not progressing at all. The results you can get by using these subs are magic and very deep if you stick to one sub for a longer period of time.
