The amount of asshole doesn't matter, they all pull women. The question for you is, are you pulling the women you want to be pulling at the level of "asshole" you're expressing? Too much and all you get is the broken ones. But again... genuine leader is better. I think you're going to find that's where you end up.
From what I've seen. These guys may or may not get women. It may be harder for them. For example, watching some Jersey Shore, it doesn't surprise me the number of women they bring home who will later decide while in bed, they shouldn't be there and sneak out.
From my experience, I've known girls dating assholes...and these women were easily persuaded to cheat on them with a nice, indifferent guy who was a leader. *Cough* Me! *Cough* LOL
