FRM removes fear. The result is that you must use your brain, and use your ethics and morals in some cases. Fear isn't the only method you have to keep you from doing stupid things. If it was, removing it would not be safe to do. But because it is such a cancerous thing in most cases, and the other methods are superior, we can safely remove it and rely on our brains, logic, ethics and morals.
