I will post the formula tomorrow as i have to look for it, listen back and copy it word for word. I said it 100s of times but i still can't recite it off the top of my head.

You have even me the idea to do a last clearing on this issue as it affects many other parts of life

I'm still on AM 5.0 Stage 5

- I have managed to get past 8 days without any porn, masturbation and orgasm. This is already quite a feat for me. I relapsed so I restarted and I'm currently on my 4th day of no PMO (porn, masturbation and orgasm).

- I dreamed about being able to defend something (I can't remember much). Then I killed a few. It was pretty brutal. There are blood of the people I killed on my body.

- I managed to finished an activity or project at work. My team consisted of two other women who are pretty much feminists and "independent". I'm quite pissed off at their philosophy and as to how they work. In the end I can say that they based their decisions on emotions thus me having a hard time on the planning of the project. I managed to stay my cool but deep inside I'm pissed off. :@

- One of these two women is bossing me around at work. Well not much but basically she's telling me how to do my job. At first she gives an advice but in the end it looks like she's having a say about the work I am doing. How do I deal with this? I mean she's not my boss or anything and I believe it will be better off if I do my work consulting other people aside from her. I don't need her opinion. Anyhow, on the other hand I need to have the skill (or quality?) of not being affected by other people and what they think of me. This sub is an Alpha Male sub. I need to be able to be my own man, an Alpha Male.

Updates on 2/5/2014 AM 5.0 Stage 6

- I manage to fap again more than a week ago and made it until the 17th day. Now I'm currently on Day 10 of no PMO (porn, masturbation and orgasm)

- Due to my good performance at work, I am given a bigger task and some responsibilities. However, I declined so the management got pissed off and they are giving me a demotion. This sucks, I am thinking of the best way on handling the situation

- There's this cute girl who like me and I also like her as well. The problem is that she doesn't want or her family doesn't want her to date someone outside her religion. I am thinking of just enjoying what we have and cross the bridge when we get there. We really enjoy each others company. I hope we continue seeing each other.

I've got a question regarding my use of Alpha Male. I'm currently using Alpha Male 5.0 and currently on Stage 6, do I need to use Stage 7 after using Stage 6? I know it is a refresher stage. Or I am planning on using Learn Any Musical Instrument Faster & More Easily (3G – Type B) for my one month rest period after using the Alpha Male subliminal set. I plan on having another go of listening to the entire set of Alpha Male 5.0 subliminal set.

After more than a month of rest with the Alpha Male 5.0 sub, it's time to give it a second shot.
I started my Alpha Male 5.0 second run on April 12, 2014.

On the first night I already have a vivid dream. Too bad I can't remember it much.

I'm psyched for my 2nd run! Let's do this!

I'll be running AM6 around December.

What were your results from the first run?

Actually it was pretty good in my opinion. My performance at work improved and I have more confidence in myself especially in social situations. However I still believe there is a big room for improvement that's why I give it another go.

Updates for Second run of AM 5.0 currently on Stage 1 - after one week
- Still going strong on NoFap. I'm doing my best to continue this until like forever especially with porn. I'm quitting porn and even deleted today some pictures on my PC that's pornographic.

- Due to NoFap I am getting really horny at times thus I'm having a hard time in concentrating on some tasks.

- I'm still getting a bit of down times on my moods. I hope that this second run will help me deal with this. I want to stop thinking of negative things.

- There are times when I compare myself with others. Same as above, I want AM 5.0 to be able to get rid of this.

I relapsed on my NoFap after about 30+ days. Now I'm currently on 5 days strong. I will try my best to go more than that and quit PMO forever.

NoFap is killing me sometimes. Of course I am on Hard Mode for 90 days so no sex for 90 days as well. As such I feel I am getting a bit of socially awkward and going back to my bad habits. However recently I went out to a coffee shop and managed to flirt with a really cute barista. She and other baristas were having fun and laughing at my jokes. I saw their eyes and I know it's ON! When me and my friends were about to leave I was about to go back to her and get her number or Facebook but she's gone from the counter. It's no biggie though.
Well, I probably just need to get out more aside from just going out for work and when I meet my friends and family. I would want to go out more as well.

"NoFap" is definitely hard. I treat it like working out/dieting myself. I'm giving myself a "cheat day" about once a month. It's easier to bear if you know that it's not gone "forever", which can cause a relapse. If you know you'll "see it again", I find it's easier to stick to the "diet".

Hi! my first post is going into your journal. I have some advice concerning nofap.

1) is to try to separate the fap, from the porn, what i mean is that you should concentrate on removing porn completely from your life first, because tackling both porn and extreme horniness from nofap is very difficult, and the binges brutal, i know it. For me porn was a source of constant novelty, i did not go to a pron site to watch porn per se i was going there for 'whats new?'

What i mean is try to get 100+ days with no porn, and if horny hold it as much as you can but when it starts to interfere with your concentration and your ability to be produtive, fap away. But with no porn whatsoever.

2) I found that 20 minutes of simple "concentrate on the breath/vipassana" meditation per day is great for dissipating sexual energy. It also helps clearing away all the emotional junk you might still be holding so more power to you in the end.
