Two things:

If you want to keep track, you could just say "Day # Whatever" without reiterating "no change." Like CM said, saying "no change" all the time probably just reaffirms "stonewaller."

Also, be careful of the "Do Not Disturb" function on a Galaxy smartphone. I noticed that mine minimizes the volume on anything I'm playing automatically. For that reason, I use airplane mode, instead.

Wednesday 30 September - Day 5 of cycle 1

Hi Jake, overcoming fear, i think shannon mentioned to me in a post is more working behind the scenes type of thing, you wont notice changes that are clear or obvious, just let it play do the loops and days and overtime you might notice changes they may appear small until you think back on them and realise those small things that happened gradually were actually bigger steps you didnt realise because happened in smaller stages.

Like for me i dont normally have dreams i have one here or there, but just listen to it let it do its thing and in 3 months you may notice your doing things you wouldnt of done 3 months earlier but just comes naturally now that you didnt realise it was a big change that had happened.

Fears can be small or big it may not work on the fears we have that we believe are holding us back it could be working on other ones that we didnt even know we had that could actually be more of an issue, just give it time and try to forget your even listening to a subliminal, your playing it at night on the phone when asleep so just do it each night on the days your meant to and pretend your not listening to a subliminal and in 2-3 months see how big of a change you notice.

Hey Josh84, thanks for all that. Can you shed any light on any changes you noticed that were big? Could help me later on you see.

Thanks yeah I think people are assuming that im obsessing since im giving daily updates.

ill explain to you and anyone else reading:

1) Im literally not obsessing over this subliminal, especially as its not 1 I had my heart on choosing but chose based on advice. I was more than happy to wait for UMOP3 but I know this could and should help clear my deeper issues so its not 1 im so excited about but 1 im willing to try in the hope I execute in which case I may remain on it for the full 8months.

2) Im also not obsessing as I unsure what to expect if or when I do execute, im literally just hitting play and sleeping.

3) The feedback is to help Shannon too, positive or negative, I want him to get as much out of me listening as he possibly can since it can only help me and others going forward.

Of course due to shannon's advice im listening based on his 13/14 volume and app. This advice/instructions from him is probably why im more relaxed as well. Also Based on others advices, im now going to be turning my phone to flight mode and im changing the way I give reports as well as using FrequenSee to test it last night which reminds me I need to share that so I will at the end.

However I get you in that I may not be aware of any changes until later so ill just continue going with the flow but of course add any data of value should any pop up.

So I used frequenSee app and at my pillow there was a peak around 17-18kHz and the peak reached -30dB.

Hi Jake, as i mentioned its in the background you dont notice things until later on, you just feel more relaxed, not as worried about saying hi to people as i used to be, i dont say it to many but i can still say hi how are you hows your day been etc without worrying about little things that normally would be going through my head.

Dont expect to notice big changes you wont even realise the small changes happening.

Everyones different my things i worry about could be things that dont bother other people so my big examples could be minor to others.

Just give it time and see how it goes, i can do the same as you and post no changes daily because on the outside it doesnt seem like anything is happening, the best thing you can do is forget about posting daily changes, still do it if u want to keep track of your days but posting no changes wont help you and in many ways will just put into your head that the subliminal isnt working and will work against you when its doing its job you just cant see the changes happening until later.

Friday 2 October - Day 7 of cycle 1 (day 1 of no listening today) - complete

Not sure if any of the following is relevant:

1) Headache around right temple - been happening in the late evening for many hours. Could be due to anything perhaps.

2) Some have brought to my attention that I seem to spend a very long time doing some tasks. I know this is either due to my focusing on distractions more (phone primarily) or that I am slow due to concentrating alot.

3A) Desire to sleep is not there. Could this be a form of fear? In the past I recall I at 1 time had a fear of going to sleep, no idea if it was the fear of death though that had crossed my mind or if it was fear of something else. Either way im mentioning it here as I offload, incase its important and well why not.

3B) sleep pattern is totally and utterly screwed up! Not due to sub though as this has been the case for a while.

3C) I know that I have said in the past to friends that sleep is just so boring nevertheless staying in bed is something I truly adore and I could stay in bed all day long and all evening if I really could get away with it lol

Saturday 3 October - Day 8 of cycle 1 (day 2 of no listening today).

So far I feel like ranting:

1) Sleep cycle is totally fucked as usual.

2) Desire to do things is up and down as usual.

3) The ability to focus on things i should do, need to do or must do is 10x harder than fun things like play on my phone as usual.

4) I need lots of mental energy to get focused.

Im in a bad funk again and have been before I started using this sub.

No headache today, so was just for yesterday.
Taking me ages to get mental work done. nothing new there.
