Day 19 Update
1stly: I had a dream but I cannot remember the dream but it wasnt to do with love or romance etc.
2ndly: I slept for around 6-7hours but stayed in bed with US playing for a total of 10hours.
10hours seems to be my normal time in bed before my body says its okay to get out now, so I'm wondering if this is too much or normal. Personally I thought 9hours was too much so this is going to ruin my productivity and day for sure.
3rdly: procrastinating a lot. Rather than be worried about the looming 2 exams left for which I have to start work, I just feel apathetic, as if I don't care and this is how I usually am during exam time and its not good.
I hear of students panicked and working and here I am chilling :/ basically avoiding the work and yes this can only be down to fear.
4thly: My procrastination leads to laziness in all areas of my life.
Im not eager to take my laundry out or rubbish/trash out or cook or do anything. I don't like this. Im usually upbeat and active but its as if my motivation and my drive is being slowly suffocated away.
Today I have wondered:
Is there a sub that can help with all goals, not just 1 but a universal goals subs that can help with procrastination motivation and drive so that if we have more than 1 goal in life which we all usually do then it can help with them all.
I also wondered if there is a sub to make you more attractive in the eyes of women and men if you look unattractive already. Im speaking as a heterosexual man here, but attractive to women is for the sexual side but overall its always said that attractive people are more successful in life with both genders because they always assume attractive people have more skills and positive traits than unattractive people.
Finally there is nothing more to say about IYGSH at the moment. Im only listening to US at the moment at night as there just isn't any time to listen to masked but I will try if I can.
I am also going to add that I believe I have a strong ego, or over confidence in some areas of my life, primarily with studies. I believe I can pass everything so don't work. I also feel too confident when i do pass something or study a little and feel I've done enough and have all the time to complete the rest.
Is there anything in any of the subs that addresses this issue?
