That's true but I've notice that the majority actually don't follow directions. For ex tapping while using the subliminals even though Shannon says no eft with his subs or any other nlp or whatever. Though I do believevshannon should update wm because even though I didn't tap or tried any other mind programming I didn't see the results expected. But it's only my first run and I don't know if you would count using brainwave for 2 days as a nullifier for the effects of wm.
