Alpha is going to build not only a solid base of operations upon which to build SM, it's going to get you comfortable in your own skin and make you more comfortable socializing, leading others and more extroverted. It also does include material on attracting women, but manifestations focus on attracting friends who will improve things for you... not women.

2. While I do want it permanent-even more than that-I want my SM 2 experience to be as powerful as possible-so would that would probably be Alpha 5.0 first?

AM 5.0 and SM 2.0 are both designed to be long term/permanent. The more powerful effect for some aspects will come from running 2.0 directly after 1.0. The more powerful effect overall will come from running AM 5.0 and then SM 2.0.

3. You obviously have a will of steel but for those of us more likely to delay the inevitable, work wise, how would you say SM 2.0 fairs for focus in other directions than the fairer sex?

SM 2.0 does have extroversion/socializing training. The extroversion training is not specifically called that in the script though. These are focused on the goal of the set though - meeting, seducing and having sex with women, and having them do the same with you.

I am seeing this type of comment in almost all your post on SM2. Shouldn't this be addressed in the sub. Why cant the sub delivers you the right place, right time, right person when *that* happens?

I commented this because I see a pattern.

The sub is designed to do what you suggest. However, as with all manifestations, there are rules that apply to adjust the results outside of what I can do about it, and for me at least, the timing issue is being governed by influences that are present, but fading. The fact that I have gotten as far as I have with this program is amazing to me, given the magnitude of those forces in my life right now. They will be present until about October, after which time it will be much easier for me to achieve sex.

We live in a sea of energy, and it is composed of many sub-types and currents and eddies of other energies. Some of them are manifest as physical matter, and some are not. But they are all influential in their way.

We represent the embodiment, the "tuning fork", if you will, for the energy set that existed when we were born, and it is the interaction of that resonance with the resonance as-it-is-now that guides us in the sea, so to speak. For some people, the current flow and trend will be helpful for sex and relationships; for others, like me, it is hampering in its effect.

Add to that the fact that we all have our reactions to deal with concerning past relationships. In my last major relationship, sex was a major component, and I got hurt so badly that it has taken me 2 years to be able to genuinely say I am coming back to being ready for another serious relationship. I believe that there is some resistance there to being sexually intimate.

But the program is working anyway, in spite of all this, because I would never have been invited to that party if it hadn't manifested into my life the friend who invited me; and I know she is the result of a manifestation because it was 8 years past that I last saw her. Then one day when I was doing something at the mall, and making up my mind that it would be the last time I ever did that particular thing, that she happened upon me and decided that I needed to be included in her social activities.

I spend 95% of my time at home, working. Most of my friends in the area had moved away. I had crippling social anxiety that I didn't even recognize that I had. I was also hiding from the world because of healing from my last major relationship, and because of my mother's death. I don't heal quickly, it seems.

So my social life took a major nose dive. How to get it back on keel, I had no idea short of moving, which I cannot do. But SM 2.0 is reversing that, quite obviously, and socializing is the first step to sex. You can't have sex with women you don't meet.

Also consider that my style is to be as moss most of the time. I prefer to grow on them slowly but surely, so that before they realize it, they ave moss all over them, and they're green. (Just kidding. ) More seriously, I move at the pace of the current with women: if the current is moving quickly, I move quickly. If not, I tend to be slow and steady in changing her response to me.

Manifestation programs can't do much if you never get out of your cave. Andrew is fond of saying that to me, and it's true. While it is possible to have the woman of your sexual dreams just show up at your front door, and I have had women show up at my front door whom I later became sexually involved with through that meeting, it is very unusual.

So consider the program's value and results in light of all the facts and you begin to realize that it's doing a very good and impressive job for me, even though so far I have not had any sex.

Could I have had sex with one of those women last night? Yes, most definitely. I knew which one was most responsive and how to get her engine running. But I also knew she had two kids who were sleeping a couple rooms over, and I was not sure she was single. I was raised by a single mother, and I know what it's like first hand to have guys trying to bed one's mother all the time, as my mother was very attractive in her day. I didn't appreciate how they treated her, and I did not appreciate how they treated me. I will not do that to someone else's kids. A single mother therefore has to be away from her cubs before I am very likely to agree to sex, so as not to involve them, since I am not looking for an instant family. She also has to be single, and unless I want to become seriously involved with her, comfortable with sex for the sake of sex, before I am willing to bed her.

But... in time, I know that I will encounter her without her cubs present, and I know she will also realize that I am a good choice for sex, whether or not initiate first. I also know that she and I are likely to become FWB in time.

And the others, one of whom I wanted to make out with and I know she felt that way too, she is extremely skittish because of having been burned so many times. You do not approach someone who is scared and hurt and try to get up under her skirt unless you have no regard for her as a human being. So I set things up for her to be able to observe me, and over time, she will come to trust me enough that I can continue... if we decide that is hat we want at that point.

The third, well, she is wife material, and taken. That means she's a good catch, and a good catch is always hard to land unless it jumps unto your boat. She's not trying to jump into my boat, and I'm not about to touch a taken woman. But I happen to know how to get her to be interested in me, and I also know that in about 9 months, her current relationship will end. When the time is right, I will make a move. That one is quite a catch.

At the same time, I am being realistic about all this: sometimes, you meet people and you just end up friends. That's okay, because friends are how you have a social life, and socializing is how you meet more candidates. So it's all good.

It is not necessary. However, giving your brain a little time to finish assimilating the last program before starting on the new one can be beneficial. I would say give it a week. Don't let it go more than a month in any case. I believe a week or two would be best. I would do a week.

Shannon, about wm only attracting single women, I think that should be limited to only married ones for a couple of reasons:

1- many are in open relationships, and therefore are not single in a way.
2- there are many girls in unhappy/abusive relationships and I see nothing wrong in ending those.
3- the really high quality girls are almost always in relationships already.

I think that in the heart of it all what you really intended to avoid is these girls having parallel relationships with us and their boyfriends without them knowing, and I agree that this is wrong and should be avoided. But I think that the means of doing that should be a statement along the lines of " I refuse to be in a parallel relationship with a any girl'. I don't want to miss my soul mate just because she is in an unhappy relationship with some beta male.

In response to point number one... I cannot make such a distinction in the script without managing to obfuscate it into uselessness. It's already very intricate. This means women in open relationships would not be manifested, unless I allow all women who are Beautiful, high quality women" to be manifested, which inevitably leads to both married women having affairs and bad karma for me for enabling said stupidity.

In response to point number two... it is not your place to end someone else's relationship, no matter how sad or abusive. That is their choice and responsibility to do, and they do not need you to do so. You can change yourself, not her, or him. That aside, it is also not a question of absolutes. What you see nothing wrong with may be outrageously offensive and wrong to someone else. I also have to ask myself, "Do I want to be karmically involved in such situations?" The answer, in a word, is no.

In response to point number three... the program manifests into your life, beautiful high quality single women. Therefore, you don't have to worry about which ones are taken... the quality ones who are single will respond.

As for your soul mate... there are many soul mates for every soul. There are companion soul mates, mirror souls and then there are what I call "key souls", which are a very small group of souls which can act as what some call primary soul mates or "twin flames".

Not in every life will there even be any key souls incarnate for you. And even if they are, there is no guarantee that you will be allowed to meet in this life. Key souls tend to be very distracting from any lesson they are not a part of, and are therefore carefully corralled until and unless they can be encountered without disruption. For instance, I can tell you that my primary soul mate will not appear in my life for another 20 to 30 years, because I have lessons to learn until then, which she would only distract me from in the mean time. For many lives, no key soul contact is made because there are other things to be taken care of instead while the soul is incarnate.

For those cases where a soul mate (mirror or key) is supposed to be encountered... rest assured, there is no way to avoid the encounter shy of running and hiding, and even then you are more likely to get struck by lightning than to avoid it, because it will be something you chose to experience and therefore a karmic inevitability. I speak from experience here... you absolutely cannot avoid a soul mate you are supposed to meet. When you are ready for them, and they you, nothing can stop it from happening if that is the plan.

Therefore, worry not; if your soul mate is in such a relationship, they are not ready for you, and you would not be allowed to meet (or recognize one another as soul mates, if you did meet).

Shannon, if I play the ocean surf at low volume, where the softest part of the waves is audible (but the whispers aren't) do you think it is actually still effective, or do I have to be able to hear the whispers to ensure I get the proper flow? Still a bit unsure how to calibrate the ocean track properly..

I'm currently using loud volumes every night but I'm getting kinda tired of it, lol.. I still want to experiment with ocean track on earphones for the time being, since it might be more effective for me, but thinking of going with low volume starting this week?

The calibration instructions already detail this. You are worried that if you cannot consciously hear the "whispers", that you are not getting the results. The fact is, your subconscious can clearly hear and decode the subliminal speech even when the ocean surf is at it's quiet points, as long as you can hear it still consciously. You don't have to play it loudly.

Yes, that is part of the effect of BASE. It attracts to you support, positive energy, and people who can and will help you get started and succeed. Remember, BASE is what I used to meet Andrew, who is now an integral part of this business. Viva la BASE!

1) if i found a speaker that has 190 Hz-20 kHz = is this good for ULTRASONIC? can the "Hz" on the left side be anything so long as it is 20kHz on the right side?

1) The ultrasonic track is centered at 17.5kHz if I remember correctly, and then add some to the sides. So the needed frequency range is something like 16 kHz to 18 kHz. Or 15-20 to be sure.

3) i bought soundfreaq last year for AM6, and i did the SOUND TEST and it passed with flying color, but i talked to SoundFreaq and they confirmed that the model i bought is NOT 20kHz . . . can i still use this speaker even though it aint 20kHz (meaning can i use it for BOTH ULTRASONIC and MASKED?

Get the Frequencee app for your smartphone, or borrow someone else's phone, and play some tracks. You'll see how the speaker test works and you'll see where the ultrasonic audio lies.

Since the original questions have been answered as well as I could do, I'll specify here instead.

You need a minimum of 20 kHz on the high end to minimize distortion in the subliminal audio. Clipping the frequency will reduce the clarity of the subliminal and reduce it's effectiveness by making it harder for the subconscious to decode and understand.

My subs, especially 5G, push the limits by achieving optimization levels that are peak. That way you don't have to try to make them better by doing fancy tricks. But this does mean that adjusting them in any way is likely going to degrade their results. If a speaker cannot handle 20 kHz at the top end, you're losing information, and that's not good. If you don't have speakers that can handle the required top end, just use the masked format. Any speakers will handle that.

When I listen to my LTU 3.1 recently, I've been using the Treble Reducer setting on the EQ of the iPhone 5, because it reduces the upper high frequencies, and it makes it more soothing on the ears to me, and a little easier to sleep. Is this ok? What frequencies do the trickling stream subliminals take up? For example, the talking human voice doesn't go over a few thousand Hz. However, for the ultrasonic, I know that they are pitched way up. For the trickling stream, is it ok if I use the treble reducer setting, or is there subliminal content that is pitched up to higher frequencies in the trickling stream one?

Treble reducer is a no-no with ultrasonics. It has no negative impact on masked format. The human voice usually does not exceed 3-4 kHz.

Is ultrasonic more effective?

The ultrasonic is and is not more effective. Here's what I mean by that.

The masked subliminal format presents to your subconscious a much lower volume of subliminal data. In some ways, volume equates to effectiveness simply because it appears to correlate to perceived urgency by the subconscious mind, and therefore louder = better, to a point. Go too loud and there is the increasing potential for a subconscious "F*ck you! Back off!" response, and that would be resistance to what is perceived subconsciously as a "too aggressive demand for". If you ask me to get you a glass of water, I am much more likely to get it for you than if you scream a demand at me. In one case, depending on how you ask, I may decide to do as you request. In the other case, I will decide to tell you to f-off and go get it yourself, because I'm nobody's servant, and you are not asking or requesting, you are now demanding. I don't accept demands.

The flip side that keeps one format from being "better" than another is the fact that there is another, balancing factor in play. The quieter the subliminal data you are presented with, the more deeply subconscious the perception is. There is apparently a series of levels of subconscious awareness, or perhaps a smooth gradient. The part closest to the conscious mind is the most obvious in response; ultrasonics usually work best with that level. The masked format apparently works better with being only perceived by the deep subconscious. Both are capable of great results, but they express themselves in different ways sometimes, so sometimes, one is "better" than the other for a particular person.

The ultrasonic track has the same suggestions as the masked track. The difference is in the volume of the subliminalized information. The ultrasonic track plays the subliminal information at the same volume as the masking track on the masked format. The masked format plays the subliminal information a lot less loudly.

In the case of control freak personality, there are two possible approaches. One is to use louder for more effect, and one is to use quieter for more effect. (Part of why we offer both formats.) Louder will sometimes overcome desire for control by instilling urgency. On the other hand, lower volume can get better results for some such people because it is less aggressive. The down side to each is, the louder option may trigger a "f you!" response instead; and the lower volume may simply be more easily resisted instead.

If you used mostly the masked track last time and did not get the results you wanted, try the ultrasonic track only this next time through. Make sure you calibrate volume according to the instructions.

Here is what FrequenSee tells me about the usage patterns I have for myself.

Maximum volume: 12/15 on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4). This is approximately -23 dB peak volume at the source. Discrepancy from previous answers comes from the fact that I'm reading these on a scale starting at 0 and dropping, instead of rising. This volume is what I usually use on my phone at night, phone either on nightstand or next to me.

Standard volume: 9/15 on my phone. Approximately -27 dB peak volume at the source. This is what I usually use on my phone during the day, phone in arms reach.

Low volume: 7/15 on my phone. Approximately -33 dB peak volume at the source.

Volumes below 7 are useful, but are not as powerful in dealing with resistance.

This is not necessarily an endorsement for the use of these volumes. It's what I use, and I share it for educational purposes only. If you try them and these volumes are too loud, or you experience ringing in your ears, use the standard method for calibration.

The frequency response is listed as being 100Hz - 20Khz for this speaker set. 100 Hz for the low end is an indication of low quality... 20 kHz on the high end fits the necessary for reproducing ultrasonics. Since ultrasonics require a frequency respose range of 14 to 20 kHz for my particular programs, this will work for all programs I produce. 100 Hz on the low end is not the best quality, but lower is not necessary either.

The best speakers will have the largest frequency response range. The top of the line will typically have a FRR that starts lower than 20 Hz and goes well above 20 kHz. I have seen 13 Hz to 27 Hz in very rare cases. You want the best you can afford.

Hey Shannon just a quick question. I just checked out the speakers I was using for my subs and realized sound isn't coming out of the right one or it's very low and unbalanced with the left, probably broken. Anyway I don't know when this happened, but I'm pretty much getting only one side of audio. Obviously I need new speakers, but in the meantime would playing the sub be bad? I know you said not to use mono speakers, but I'm wondering if these are stereo speakers and one of them doesn't work then I'm only getting half the programming?

I wish I knew when it crapped out on me. There was a lull for a while with alpha where I thought it was resistance, but now I'm thinking that maybe it was my speakers. Lesson learned, always check my speakers before listening to a sub.

If you have a way of using stereo speakers or headphones, prefer that. But mono is better than nothing... you'll just be getting about 45% of the intended impact that way.

Always check speakers and volume.

Hi Shannon New member here.. I also listen to my subliminals at night and I use my Cellphone only. I use Samsung galaxy pop GT-S5570. I use the equaliser option as Jazz. There are many options like classic,pop,rock etc but i chose Jazz. One more thing i would like to know is there is a 5.1 channel option which is unticked. Is that the stereo option? Since i heard you say somewhere ,listening in stereo will enable the brain to listen the entire script (correct me if i am wrong).?

I cannot know what every option on every cell phone does. I'm sure Google can help you with that. The manual for your phone should be easily available in PDF format that way. If I recall correctly, Dolby 5.1 is surround sound, but that is meaningless from a mono speaker, and next to meaningless on headphones. You need multiple speakers to get true surround sound, as far as I know.

Listening in stereo does not allow you to get the entire script; you'll get that regardless, which is why it still works at all. What it does is it prevents you from catching parts and pieces of the script as it plays, since I actively use both channels to create the effect of moving audio sources in order to force your brain hemispheres to work together. So if you're listening to mono, you'll get some of this, and some of that, before it fades out and something else replaces it. It's like listening to parts of several conversations about the same thing. End result, you'll get it all, but it will take longer and be more work, instead of having the desired effect.

Unless, of course, the program is a Type A, Type A/B Hybrid or designed specifically for one gender only. Those programs only use one gender, and they use a different method to accomplish the same thing, instead of SPE.

... there is a simple test you can do.

Load an ultrasonic .mp3 into the phone, and play it. If it produces scratchy static, it is unsuitable. If you hear a high pitched whine, it can play the audio, but has exactly a 20 kHz limit. If you hear nothing at even maximum volume, it has a 22kHz+ frequency response.

You probably will find that most phones are the second possibility. They can play it, but have a 20 kHz limit. You'll know these phones because around 90% volume and higher, they'll start producing speaker distortion, which sounds like a little bit of quiet, inconsistent static.

Noise cancelation head phones:

Shannon, can I use noise canceling head phones while listening to the silent subs.

The two scenarios are first I listen to the sub via the noise canceling head phones.

Second I will have the noise canceling head phone’s on my head while the sub is playing on external stereo speakers. The head phone’s are to cut down on the background noise. I’ve verified that with the head phones on that I can clearly hear music playing on the stereo speakers.

I recommend against using noise cancelling headphones with 5G titles. The reason is that noise cancellation works by recording the ambient audio and then inverting it, and playing the inversion at the same volume as the ambient audio. This neutralizes the incoming sound waves with what are effectively anti-waves. That wouldn't be a problem, but with 5G I am pushing the limits of what your body can input through your ears, without beginning to have it degrade, to it's limits. Adding that anti-wave may push it over the edge.

I don't know what it would do to 4G or lower, but I doubt it would be a problem for those. But 5G, you should not use it with.

To transfer and play a song in this MP3 player it has to be converted into ATRAC format which is SONY's format (as far as know, not sure about it). I'm listening to ASC on this MP3 player in ATRAC format. Will this make a difference in listening to the original mp3 file of ASC in comparison to ATRAC format.

ATRAC or any other re-coding of my .mp3s will damage them unless the format is LOSSLESS and does not re-compress them. For instance, you could convert them to .wav or .aiff and not have a problem.

ATRAC uses lossy compression, meaning that it enhances its compression by throwing away all audio data it thinks you don't care about. In other words... if you use a subliminal converted with ATRAC compression, it is absolutely destroyed by that format if it is an ultrasonic. It MAY be damaged (for subliminal audio value) for masked format also, depending on whether ATRAC throws away low volume audio data also... which seems likely.

So... if you are using an mp3 player that re-encodes the subliminal to play it... you are not using a subliminal. This may explain the problem you're having.

Also whether the headphones spec stated above is compatible to stereo type and Ultrasonic versions of subs.

Yes.

And the frequency response, is it suitable to play Ultrasonic versions of subs on this MP3 player?

Yes. But again, it doesn't matter if the ATRAC has re-compressed the subliminal, because lossy compression throws away data it thinks isn't going to be missed. I know for sure that high frequency audio is tossed, and I strongly suspect low volume audio would also be.

Not sure how the conscious and subconscious are supposed to be in harmony with the same tune during the timegap before a manifestation occurs... It's abit difference from ASC confidence where it's inner based n not dependent on a physical manifestation so it's possible that both minds are in harmony

The conscious mind does not have to be involved for the subconscious mind to do, or accomplish something. In fact, it is often the case that the conscious mind works against the subconscious mind, and when it does it will frequently lose the disagreement because the subconscious mind can do a lot of things it cannot. Conscious skepticism can destroy a manifestation effort through subliminals. That's why it's best to use the program and just forget about it. Let go of hopes and fears and expectations. Get on with life. Think about and do something else. The conscious mind doesn't need to be involved.

There is coming a new method of making subs that does harmonize the conscious and subconscious minds, though. It's part of the 6th Generation build methods. For now, just use the program and remain consciously neutral. Live your life.

I was thinking of a similar question like yours and came to make a thread but you just made one so I'll ask the related question.

Okay so, subliminals are affirmations. Yes we get that. So why is it affirmations being repeated for 8 hours a day less effective then affirmations that are disguised with ocean waves more effective. I get the idea of resistance but if we were consciously bombarded with audible affirmations for more then 8 hours a day I also think it can bypass old programming. I just don't understand how the subliminals are more effective when the subconscious is just a machine that says yes or no to things and doesn't really take formulated sentences into account. Atleast to my knowledge.

Using affirmations is less effective than subliminals - for any amount of time - because affirmations must contend with the conscious mind, which is the gatekeeper to the subconscious. If you imagine your mind as a data center, the conscious mind is the rent-a-cop at the entrance, and the subconscious mind is the datacenter and the operating system it runs on. You use affirmations and if the guard says, "I don't like that," it takes forever to get a result. But if that guard does like it, he'll make it look like you're getting results. In neither case have you done anything much with the data center. What you have achieved is a form of placebo effect, which is why most results you get from affirmations are temporary unless you use subconscious accessing techniques with them.

But you use a subliminal, and it's like wearing an invisibility cloak and making it past the guard, and getting into the data center itself. You load your data into one of the servers and then propagate it to all of the datacenter, and it eventually becomes part of the very operating system that is being run to make the whole data center work.

That, and because you're receiving the affirmations in a subliminal not just purely subconsciously, but vastly more frequently and vastly more consistently. If you did nothing but repeat one single short affirmation to yourself verbally as fast as you could for 8 hours, I can make that look like a joke for repetitions in just a half an hour with a subliminal.

I personally believe that affirmations repeated for 8 hours a day are far more effective than 8 hours of subs. Same with visualizations. However, who can keep up that habit for long? Subs are less effective but they are a passive way of programming the subconscious which is where the benefit lies imo.

You'd be wrong, for the reasons I mentioned above. Properly used affirmations must be used concordant with subconscious access techniques such as hypnosis or meditation or BWE to make them truly effective, and at that point, why not use a subliminal?

Visualizations, however, are another matter. Properly done visualizations are much more powerful, and you can achieve amazing things in just days if you use that correctly. But doing so again requires an altered state and the right focus and intensity of desire and emotions. I have a hard time believing that anyone in his day and age has even 15 minutes of clean time to do a proper visualization, with the constant noise and distractions. And once you start getting into powered visualizations, it's still easier by far to use subliminals. Subliminals can be just as effective as powered visualizations, but they may take longer.

I think it's rather that you hear your own voice, so you trust it more. Not sure if I explained it right, but I read it somewhere when making your own subliminals so I'm guessing it can apply to affirmations as well. Regarding to LOA, if you are going to visualize or affirm something, you have to be in a non-resistant place emotionally, I guess that's when subconscious accepts it the most. But affirmations that you don't believe to be true can cause instant resistance except if you are in a theta brainwave state, really relaxed and rather positive (which can be quite challenging to accomplish sometimes).

Hearing it in your own voice and trusting that more does play a role in the effectiveness of subliminals and affirmations. But that role is a lot less than you might think. I explored that avenue extensively at one time. The rest of what you say here is just what I was saying above.

Why I think in overall a program would work better is because you can only repeat as many affirmations and when you stop there are so many more beliefs that might not have completely disappeared that can later set you back to when you started. To bypass the subconscious mind when affirming consciously constantly you would have to be in specific state every time to affirm, while as with a subliminal program it doesn't even involve the conscious mind so the effects start to show from SUBCONSCIOUS first and then you will see them on a conscious level. For example things regarding the subliminal start going your way and then you will realize that hey, I am those things the subliminal is telling me.

Correct.

Affirmations are the other way around, you have to believe them consciously first for them to have any strong effect on the subconscious. But I think this one can be more unmotivating to some people because even if they think they believe it, they will fall short until the subconscious accept that truth.

I might add that people leave out a lot of what makes affirmations work. You not only have to bypass the conscious critical faculty, but you have to have the right emoional state and desire state. Achieving and maintaining those states is very difficult, especially in concert, for the vast majority of people. Subliminals are almost infinitely superior for that reason.

Is it possible that our brains could get too accustomed to the amount of stimulation coming from subliminals that normal levels of stimulation are not enough to hold our attention?

For example the older generation can read physical books with full attention just fine and find them highly entertaining. While the younger generation who are always on the computer/phone/multiple devices doing multiple things at once are finding that they have difficulty focusing on one thing at a time. Many find reading books not stimulating enough due to being accustomed to having so much stimulation from other devices all the time.

We are encouraged in most cases to use subliminals as much as possible to maximize the effects. Could this have negative effects in the long run? Even though our brains are very plastic even discontinuing the stimulus will never return it completely to the way it was before.

The primary reason the older generation has no problem reading books, and the younger generation does, is that the older generation was not raised on multimedia devices that constantly trained their brains to stay in Theta (sleep/dream/defocus mode). The older generation stays in standard waking Beta (awake/focus mode) because they don't overdose on multimedia constantly.

The conscious and subconscious minds are very different things, and the subconscious mind takes a long time to "get bored" when it gets bored. Even when the conscious mind might have an attention span of minutes or less, and the personality type is scattered, flighty, flaky and all over the place, the subconscious can typically maintain focus for at least 90 days depending on the programming being input and the program their subconscious mind is already running.

Now I'll be the first to agree that these things are handed out like candy and doctors make money by doing so. So some people really don't need them, but I also believe some people do.

Having spent almost 10 years of my life taking them, I am solidly of the belief and opinion that nobody needs them; they do provide benefit, but only because they mask the symptom. They do nothing to identify the problem, or fix it. Which Big Pharma loves, because that means more money, forever.

I just wish there was more research that went into these meds and the people that need them, or their brain structure. I still feel like modern science hasn't really proved that well that it is physical and what exactly the meds do.

I wish there was more concern for understanding the meds too, and by doctors for identifying and fixing the problem instead of just throwing pills around. Without even knowing what will work! If I did what they are doing, I'd be in prison in a heartbeat. But because they have spent all these years in school, they are allowed to play with your head without knowing what's what yet. Sure, they have a better idea... but they are guessing most of the time, and it shows in what they do, and how often they are right.

When I was on meds, it was, "Hey, this sounds good. Not working? Let's try upping the dose. Still not working? Up the dose. Still not working? Lets try this other drug. Still not working? Up the dose. Still not working? Let's try this other drug." And it's still like that.

They're playing at being more knowledgeable than they are, and they think it's okay because they have that degree and all of the years of schooling and experience. But that doesn't change the fact that they still don't know what they are doing with this stuff yet, or why it does or does not work! And it doesn't find or fix the real cause. It just masks the symptoms. We are just cash cows to Big Pharma, and guess who has their hands in the cookie jar all the way through med school? You guessed it. Big Pharma. Influencing what the doctors learn, so they can be trained to throw pills instead of fix the problem.

That being said right now I'm running the remove negativity within subliminal. It's only really been three days, so I don't expect anything too substantial yet. But I feel like things are being pulled up and the feelings kind of hit me at random times during the day. Anyway I was going to run this for maybe 2 or 3 months and see what happens.

I know you've said subliminals aren't a cure all, and at this point in my life I think I'm going to need some professional help. I think I've just denied things for too long and swept them under the rug, and now it's coming back to haunt me. I like remaining positive, but there's a difference between being positive and being ignorant. I was never too fond of anti-depressants because they don't have the most substantial research behind them. But this got me thinking. If there is an actual chemical imbalance in my brain, theoretically could subliminals help me balance that?

Professional help is a good thing, as long as you can find a good professional. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a crap shoot these days, and there are fully degreed psychiatrists and psychologists at doctorate level out there who vehemently deny that each other's system of psychology is valid or works. A friend of mine has a sister who is a psych Ph.D. and she inists I am scamming all of you because she rejects the idea that there is such a thing as the subconscious mind, and therefore, subliminals, hypnosis, etc. cannot possibly work.

What the *... I was stunned when she said that to me. No, maybe I don't have advanced degrees in psychology, but you know what I do have? I have intelligence, common sense, and years of both feedback from customers, experiments and self usage to draw on. Empirical evidence. On top of which, we have the lowest refund rate of any business I have ever heard of! But my stuff doesn't work, because she decided Freud was wrong. Wow.

And there are a lot of them thinking like that. The truth is, the mind/brain arena is still a wild west, and those who are doing the research may or may not be listened to because they disagree with people who have "more credentials". I don't know about you, but I'll go for letting the facts speak for themselves, thanks.

But I digress. The point is, you have to be careful to find a good choice in professional help.

To me it's really a case of what came first chicken or the egg. Did negative beliefs and thinking cause the imbalance? Or did the imbalance lead to negative thinking and negative beliefs? I think this is the most difficult part in assessing my own issues. I don't like the whole chemical imbalance thing that needs meds, but I also have to be willing to accept that it is a possibility.

There are many other possibilities as to what the inception was caused by, influenced by, and maintained by. In all my years of research, the one thing that consistently comes up over and over and over is this: no matter how simple you want things to be, they're not; and no matter how complex you think they are - it's really more complex than that. So keep your mind open to other possibilities, like diet; early life emotional traumas you may or may not remember; and possibly even things as exotic as past life stuff.

A good hypnotist should be able to help you very effectively to understand what the problem is, and resolve it. But don't let them just try to hypnotize you and fix it... they need to have your subconscious mind verify what the situation actually is, and then formulate an effective plan of action.

I just thought I'd pick your brain on this matter, seeing as how you have a lot of knowledge on the subconscious mind. It's hard getting a straight answer from the medical community because science is so rigid in its belief structure lately.

Lately? lol Have you looked at the history of science? They are absolutely famous for the following pattern:

1. Visionary discovers new breakthrough.
2. Visionary shares with scientific community.
3. Scientific community cannot verify breakthrough, or does not want to believe it.
4. Scientific community tars and feathers visionary, usually leaving him/her broken, and penniless.
5. 10 to 100 years later, scientific community accepts visionary's findings as "common sense".
6. Only historians ever notice that this whole thing happened...

Don't get me wrong, I like science and I enjoy it and I wish I had a lot more money to fund doing a lot more rigid science for myself. But the fact is, if I revealed to the world how I do some of what I do, they would have no way of understanding the path from Point A (what they currently understand) to Point B (what *I* currently understand) and they would be unable to believe it was possible, which would then result in tarring and feathering, etc. (See above list.) It's common these days for established interests to dictate what is acceptable, and that leads to a lot of "If I cannot understand how it woks, it cannot possibly work, because I know how everything works." (See sister with Ph.D., above.) Do I understand why or how all of this stuff I have discovered works yet? No. But does that change the fact that it works? No!

Some of the things I have discovered, and am successfully using, and have been for more than two years now, are just not within the realm of common understanding right now. When I have retired and sold this business in 10 or 20 years (or whatever happens), I'll write a tell-all book, and even then they won't be able to understand. But my book will be the basis for sparking minds who will eventually prove me right, in 10 to 100 years, and the cycle will start all over again.

The difference here is, I'm not stupid enough to let them have at it until after I make myself successful.

Can the body become addicted to the chemical imbalance? The mind feels something, the brain releases chemicals according to that feeling, the body acts that feeling. If it happens for long time and the body get used to it and if suddenly the feeling stops then the body will complain to the brain to send more chemical.
Are all feelings then, minor chemical imbalances?

The body cannot become directly addicted to itself, as far as I know. It can become dependent on a specific imbalance, depending on the specifics of the interruption and resulting imbalance.

Chronic happiness, does that exits?

In the vast majority of cases, all things exist in balance. There can be chronic depression, so why not chronic happiness? Would we notice chronic happiness, because it is a positive and not painful? Maybe it is all around us and we just don't see it because we are so focused on the negative!

Where goes the line between subconscious mind and subconscious body?

Based in my research, I believe that there is no definitive line demarcating the conscious and subconscious minds; they separate quickly, but do blend into each other to some degree.

The "subconscious body" is what, exactly? The body the subconscious mind perceives and controls? That would be the same body the conscious mind perceives and controls... they just control different things, and perceive different aspects. You cannot separate a thing from itself. A - A = 0

What would be the disadvantages/advantages to distrusting/trusting the own subconscious mind?

What sense does this make to ask? It is as asking, what sense does it make to distrust or trust the reflection in your mirror. While the conscious and subconscious can think and act independently, they are both you. "You" are not one or the other; your conscious perception limits create that as an illusion. Do you distrust your left hand, but trust your right?

I was wondering if language, voice accent and voice modulation play any role/affect the sub-conscious. Does our sub-conscious understand any language it is exposed to. And what about any voice accent or modulation. English is my second language, though I understand it, still sometimes accent affects the way I listen and understand it, especially the U.S. accent. I'm supposed to get the experimental program in English (the script - if I happen to choose the actual program with any script) but I'm not sure about the type of accent as I have never listened to actual script voices and there is no possibility of listening to it anyway out of the programs available. Could you shed some light on this. Thanks.

My best understanding at current is a two part answer.

The "near subconscious" or "shallow subconscious" only understands the languages you consciously understand, and only slightly better. Unless the accent is so alien that you could not comprehend it listening to it, the subliminal will work. The scripts are recorded using a standard American English accent, the type you would hear if you listen to the major American news channels on TV. Subconsciously, you'll understand it just fine.

The second part is that there is the possibility - which I have not yet experimented with yet - that the deep subconscious remembers all the languages you ever spoke while incarnate in any lifetime. This of course requires that we reincarnate for it to be possible, but this may potentially affect your comprehension. I'll be experimenting with that later on.

What is your opinion on video subliminals? I ask because i've seen in commercial video subs they say your subconscious mind can get 10000 words in 5-10 minute videos. You know, those videos where you see a lot of phrases scrolling really fast in the screen showing images at the same time. Are they more powerful than audio subliminals?

First, you are welcome.

Second, you have to dissasociate the idea that more = better with subliminals. That is not always true. Sometimes, more = worse. As for how effective they are, I do not know. I never studied them. I do know that 10,000 words in 5 minutes is definitely do-able for the subconscious mind. Easily. So maybe they do work. Video subliminals give an additional vector to stimulating the subconscious mind (visually). They therefore can induce a higher input of data, and while I know the limits of input through the ears, I don't know what the limit of processing input is through eyes and ears simultaneously. I may be making some video subs again in the future.

The power of a subliminal, visual or audial does not come solely from repetitions per time unit. It comes from having the correct timing, scripting, input methods, and several other factors. I know that I am the only person producing subs with some of these factors in place, because nobody else is even looking in the right directions for these things.

I just got home from Panera and Wal Mart. I was uploading from Panera, and surrounded by women older than me, who were the ones who couldn't get enough of me during SM 1.0. I am using the prototype of 2.0 that specifies younger women, and got zero attention from any of these women, even though I was there for five hours.

In wal mart, I picked a female cashier who was probably 5 to 10 years younger than me, and observed her as I waited in line. (I chose the busiest part of the busiest day for just this experiment.) She seemed dead. Lifeless, bored, dull.Three people ahead of me got this response. And then I stepped up, and within less than half a minute, she was coming alive, smiling, laughing, literally radiant. I was shocked. And I wasn't really trying to, but I was flirting with her, and this was the result. As I left, I could see in her eyes that she didn't want me to go. I didn't have a whole lot of stuff to buy, so the whole checkout process must have taken three or four minutes, five tops. Wow. SM is working.

I also have been feeling this emotional turmoil lately, and vulnerability, as if something is shifting within me. It's not a resistance anymore, it's just an awareness of my emotional awareness and a sense of vulnerability... but while this vulnerable feeling is not helping me walk over to a woman and start a conversation, when I am doing something that is "normal" and the opportunity presents itself, it just happens. Just flows.

I can tell this is going to get a lot better with time. Looking forward to this.

So I have noticed a few things lately with regards to the Sex Magnet 2.0 program I am using. Primarily that... when I started, there were two women in particular I was interested in sleeping with. Then more started showing up, and it was a bit of imbalance, and now... I am completely uninterested in having sex with those first two, because I am completely turned off by them now due to a combination of immaturity and stupidity, which somehow are now blatantly obvious, where I couldn't see this before, or maybe I just wanted sex more than I cared about that.

Sexual neediness has therefore decreased, I am guessing. My sex drive seems to have stabilized, and no longer is it torture. In fact I no longer notice it at all. I do notice, however, that my normal cycle of desire for release has tripled and remains at that tripled state as my new normal. EDIT: While the program is actually playing, or I am not working. Sometimes, quadrupled or quintupled is more accurate as well.

Emotionally, I am feeling more in control. I'm still finding it hard to balance my mind and my emotional responses, but I'm much better dealing with those women I am dealing with coming from a state of relaxed needlessness, which seems to be increasing steadily and comfortably.

Interestingly, both of these women I am talking about seem to have gone from completely not noticing me at all, during this time, to now being interested enough to repeatedly initiate contact in one case, and in the other, going from always bitchy to me to always smiling and nice to me.

Concerning SM 2.0, yesterday, my ex contacted me to tell me she had met a kind, intelligent, slender natural redhead whom she thought I would like, who was a friend of hers, and whom she thought would also like me... which about made my jaw hit the floor in surprise. I believe that was part of the manifestation effects of SM. So far, no sex because I almost never leave the house. Social anxiety has been up also, and my efforts to combat it have consisted of forcing myself to go out in public, but that requires gas at the very least, and this month, I have some large bills due. Can't spend money even on gas unnecessarily. This has killed my ability to socialize almost completely, since most of my friends are not within walking distance, nor are any of the places I could go to spend time without spending money.

I did have the realization today that I have been sabotaging myself concerning having a relationship of a romantic or sexual nature since I left my last major relationship. I think it hurt me so deeply that I have been subconsciously trying to prevent it from happening again by avoiding the circumstances that would allow for such to happen. This has been clashing with SM hardcore and has been driving me crazy... now that I understand what's going on, though, it should not be difficult to deal with this and make some progress at least towards socializing more and perhaps opening up my opportunities for sex. Hiding behind work all the time isn't getting me anywhere.

Sadly, I have a legitimate claim to needing to work all the time, as you guys have piled my work so high around me that I wonder sometimes if I will ever get through it all. Wink

It is time for me to open up and allow myself a relationship or two of some sort again. Of course this will not be easy for a while... but at least I have a prospect or two now. The last few days I spent at a friend's house trying to socialize and decompress. It of course resulted in this cold I have, but it also allowed me to see the effects SM 2.0 is having on me. I found myself much more blatantly aware of the reactions I was getting from the women around me, for one thing. Even indicators of interest that I wasn't "supposed" to notice, and IOIs the woman herself wasn't always aware of giving me.

I get a lot of them now. And I seem to get special treatment by women, too. The barista at Dunkin Donuts, for instance, went out of her way to make me happy, even coming over to my table to "check on me" as if it were some sort of restaurant where that is the norm. I caught her looking at me during her lunch break, and I could see in her countenance that she wished I would open her. I could tell by her responses that all I had to do was tell her we were going to the movies that night - not ask, mind you, tell - and I'd have ended up in bed with her at the end, if I wanted to. I probably could have skipped the movie, come to think of it. But I had a friend's son with me, and that took priority.

SM is making this much easier - when I get out. It also has made me much more decidedly sexual and put me in hunter mode. One day soon, I am going to have to go hunting. Alone. No friends, no kids, no distractions. Just... hunting.

Now that I'm home again, I am really thinking about how today went, and I am surprised at how much change there really has been from SM 2.0. I'm radiating a very sexual presence, which at least two women noticed and responded to today while I was out. One, unfortunately, was a couple hours from home, driving home, and of course had her 2 and 3 year old kids with her when she stopped in to see me (in a public location). I got the impression that if she'd had half a chance, we might have been going in a decidedly sexual direction.

The other was a woman who happened to be working where I ended up, and she responded to me VERY positively also, beaming smile, hovering around me, etc. Unfortunately, again not circumstances in which I could do much of anything.

But I feel a lot different! I feel very much "on the prowl", and very much the hunter. The first one was encouraging me to contact me and see her when I am in her area, and said next time I am down there, "you call me and visit or you die."

I just need to socialize more to see the results this program is having. When I do, it's like some slumbering dragon within awakens and begins to act.

Today was awesome. I could have ended up having some amazing sex very easily, if I chose to, but the nice thing about SM is that it supports a man's wisdom and self control in situations where they are required. And boy were they required today. It's not very often I come across a woman I so naturally respond to, and it required some self control to keep me from doing something with her. Which was the wise choice... not necessarily the one my body was rooting for.

Which is frustrating, because as far as I know this is the only woman I respond that way to so naturally, and she is single... and even wants me... but the wiser choice is still not to seduce her right now, and I was able to master myself and the situation without much difficulty. The way I walk, carry myself, speak and act is also different when I am around attractive women, and it has an effect I can see. I am getting responses that say I am perceived as a very high value man. Loving what SM 2.0 is doing... just need to socialize more.

And when I am finished with this, I'm going to pounce on AM 5.0. I think that's going to knock it even further out of the park that SM 2.0 will. Presuming no EOL type catastrophes during 2012, I'm thinking this is going to be a good year.

I am REALLY enjoying SM 2.0's effects on me. Confidence, alpha-masculine power projection, charisma, owning my space, commanding voice, body language, and I am getting noticed by, and specifically sexual interest from, women.

I have a couple friends who are sisters. I dated the older one until she turned into a control freak on me, and the younger one has been flirting with me ever since we met. I went to see them and their family today, and it was very apparent that they were both interested and pursuing. They were both trying to get my attention, both expressing interest and both giving CFM signals. Which amuses me, since the one who I dated is now married and has a kid with her husband... who is a friend of mine. But they were doing a very amusing show of simultaneously trying to express interest to me, get my attention, and not let the other know, while trying hard to cut each other down to size. It was really funny to watch, because they thought they were being too subtle for me to notice it.

I didn't end up doing anything with either of them, but the married one invited me back tomorrow, and the unmarried one suggested that we should have sex tomorrow night when she got me alone. Unfortunately, family obligations prevent me from being able to go back tomorrow... which is par for the course, since the unmarried sister and I have been flirting and slowly building sexual tension for about 5 years now, and some sort of circumstance always manages to stop anything sexual from happening.

Part of what SM has done to me is made me very aware that I am the man, and the prize, and women are starting to act in accordance with this. It's not so much a conscious belief, but an automated one that comes out in my attitude, actions, speech and body language and very clearly says I am a high value man and a good catch. It makes me feel like I am on top of the world when I am around women.

Another part of what it's done is make me the hunter. I used to flirt with her and nothing would happen because I wasn't being aggressive enough. Now I am picking subjects and steering things so that I catch them. This game of cat and mouse she and I have been playing for years now is going to end because of this, and soon, I can tell. I have decided that I am going to have her, and that's that. I can feel and somehow just know that it's going to happen. I am starting to feel like (and genuinely believe) that I can have sex with any woman I want, and it's only a question of when.

My response to women I find attractive is very different now. Once I have them in my sights, it's like a lion stalking prey. The fact that I will get them is now an absolutely foregone conclusion. The question now is, how long should I spend enjoying the hunt?

Truly amazed and pleased to see this result and response. It feels awesome. Definitely need to socialize more.

I am amazed at what it's doing to me, what I am doing, and how natural this is now... tonight I got my waitresses phone number, and I didn't even ask for it. I simply told her if she wanted to know more, I had to have a way to contact her. Curiosity is deadly for getting them to give you their phone number. I could tell by reading her attitude and body language that she's taken and has no intentions of doing anything with me, but I also know how to seduce her anyway... if I wanted to. It's not my style to go after taken women, though.

I am finding myself much more responding to the women around me who are attractive with the natural, automatic and comfortable desire to tell them exactly what I think of them. Tonight in wal mart, I saw a woman who had, shall we say, a very nice waggle, and a very nice "waggler". I was just about to say to her exactly that, but it seemed that would have been too forward for the circumstances, although I am quite sure I'd have actually done it in slightly different circumstances. Basically, I didn't care to come off as a stalker creep by doing what it would have taken to get myself from where I was, to where she was, in an otherwise empty store. Had she been passing my, or close enough that I could have commented without seeming to chase her down, I doubt it would have had any filtration before coming out of my mouth.

And I love this, because it's so comfortable and natural for me to think and say such pointedly sexual things to women now, and in ways that are actually received positively, too. It's like my whole being radiates this sexual confidence and presence, and my sexual flirtations are just flowing from that in a way that is completely normal, natural, and comfortable for me and them. Last night I went out for trivia at a local bar and had a wonderful time. It was easy. I was very comfortable with myself and socializing with the people around me. I felt at home, and ended up meeting almost everyone else sitting at the bar. Tied for 4th place on trivia, which only happened because I "created" a team while the game was on, and the process distracted me as much as it helped... and I had the help of a friend who was giving me hints. But I was there to chill out and have fun, and I had a blast. Socializing is much easier now. SM is having some really awesome effects on me, and if I were a customer, I'd be thrilled with it. I'm thrilled with it regardless.

Yesterday, I did something I have never done before in my life. I decided it was time for me to have my own "style" and I started thinking about what that would be. I decided that I like the layered look, non-worn-out jeans that fit with an T-shirt and an open button down collared shirt. So today, I went shopping for the first footsteps towards my new style.

Neither of these two things have ever really crossed my mind before... I have so many clothes that were given to me as gifts over the years that I will literally have to get rid of several garbage bags worth of clothes to clear out my closet. Why buy new, when you have a hundred of everything already?

But what I have noticed is that now, just being dressed isn't enough. Now I want to have a style that is my own. Before, I just didn't care. As long as I was dressed and wasn't going to get arrested, and I wasn't embarrassed of how I looked... who cared.

Sex Magnet is having some interesting effects on me.

So I have concluded that this new style isn't going to be very flashy. I just want it to be a casual mix of chill, playful, adventurous and relaxed. Which is pretty much what I ended up with. It looks good on me, and it's not "Hey, look at me, I'm desperate for attention!" I like it.

Today while returning a pair of new jeans I bought in the wrong size (how didat happen?), I was confronted by a petite blonde vision of loveliness behind the returns desk. The first thing that came to my mind to say to her was, "Wow, I bet you're a great kisser," and I almost said it. But, given the circumstances, it did not seem appropriate, and her body language told me she was both attracted and uncomfortable about being attracted at the same time, so I let it slide.

Then I went to a pet store, since I needed some flea killer. Just gave the dogs a flea bath and there's now an invasion of the damned things under my desk somehow. My dogs aren't even allowed in my office. Go figure. Anyway, get to the checkout counter and lo and behold, another blonde vision of loveliness, although not quite as attractive as the first. I used to just swipe, enter in my pin and go. This time, I was talking to her, and making jokes. "Fleas are expensive pets to keep," I said after hearing $35 for flea killer. She laughed, made a comment, and I said, "You know, you guys should sell fleas as pets here. I bet they'd be a hit." Deadpan face. She didn't know if I was joking or not, and started stammering something about "Fleas, uh, flea come naturally, and that would be just wrong..." then I burst out laughing, and she realized I had been kidding, and proceeded to playfully hit me with the bag. If she hadn't been too young, I'd have asked her to come with me to the comedy club this Saturday. Ah well. SM is definitely making an impact, and it's definitely a positive one.

So I went out last night to a live comedy show, and I went alone. Even though I bought two tickets, I somehow never found the right time to find a date. Part of that was finding out that one option would have required 12 hours of driving to go on said date... two turned out to be too young... and one burned me out on her negativity the day before. So I showed up alone, and had a blast. I had a whole row to myself, somehow.

The women around me, all in front of me, were noticing me. Big time. All there with husbands, and all turning almost 180 degrees to look at me repeatedly. One kept getting up from several rows away to walk past me and stare. Unfortunately, none were single, and most were much older than me. But I had fun, and I really didn't care at all whether or not I had a date or got any interest from women. Which seems to have only interested them all that much more.

SM 2.0 is making amazing things happen inside me. This would have been impossible just 6 months ago.

So I went out tonight and did trivia again, this time on the next town over. I had a very good time, met a number of people, and had the cutest bartendress on my team. She was usually busy when the questions were called, but she did help when she could. My team placed third, and that means we won a gift certificate. If I hadn't been two and a half sheets to the wind, I'd have made some better choices and we'd probably have finished second... but my lovely attendant was trying to be a good bartender and brought me beers I didn't tell her I wanted yet. And of course you can't just waste a perfectly good beer, right? lol Especially when it's Guinness! And so I had one too many for strategizing effectively. But I did have a great time, and I also had zero social anxiety tonight, which was amazing to me, but a very pleasant experience. I think I may actually be over it.

I wasn't really much for flirting tonight though. I had fun, but I feel like I'm burning out lately, and I have not been in a flirtatious mood. I certainly would not mind getting to know my bartendress better, but she had zero interest and I had zero desire to change her mind.

I bring this up because this is what SM 2.0 has done to me. The social anxiety is gone. My lack of interest in flirting has to do with feeling somewhat hopeless in certain directions right now, and dealing with a woman I knew the signs for being a very, VERY slow come-around. If I pursue, it'll take months to get her. Maybe a year. Great for a faithful catch... but very slow to catch.

I was invited to a party last night by a female friend of mine, and I had no trouble going. I jumped on it, and went. Before SM, that would have been much more difficult for me. There would have been a general sense of desire to go, overwhelmed by an indistinct sense of dread, and when I ended up having to find a different outfit to go in than what I had planned (it was too wrinkled), and it made me late, I would have just become overwhelmed by the social anxiety and stayed home.

But last night, I went anyway, and the social anxiety was a very faint thing. As it turns out, I got there first, which I prefer to do when I don't know everyone present already. But this time, that didn't matter to me. And I met three attractive women, who I managed to get a chance to talk to one on one because I was doing eyeball chart readings and they were having a wonderful time hearing about themselves. It also gave me everything I needed and wanted to know about them in order to communicate with and seduce them, except who had kids and who was taken. I didn't go after any of them, instead opting to observe and enjoy the company of them on a more friendly level, simply because I didn't want to make a faux pas as a result of not knowing who is dating whom in this group. It paid off, as I would have wrecked myself big time if I had moved on the ones I liked.

My style is to act now if there's an obvious mutual connection, or move like moss if I see someone I am interested in and there's not. I will get to know her, let her get to know me, and then slowly figure out how to make her interested, and do it. Slow and steady wins the race, and it always works, as long as I am patient enough and I have pegged the right path to take.

One of the women there last night surprised me by going after someone else, when I was sure she'd go after me, but I didn't let it bother me at all. I just laughed at her later when she told me that he tried to force sex and she had to push him off. She doesn't think of me that way, yet, but I know that sooner or later the conspicuous lack of intimidation I show to her will pique her interest and she'll come after me. She, and the other women present, are all very strong and intelligent women, and all are used to intimidating men if the allow themselves to express themselves fully. I am not in the slightest intimidated by a strong, or an intelligent woman. In fact, those traits attract me.

But timing is everything, and the time is not quite right yet. So I will wait and when it is, I will go after and get the one I want. If I haven't changed my mind by then about who I want.

The blending of AM and SM is coming to a sort of maturity now, I can see, looking back, and the results are very nice. I was the only guy there last night who wasn't trying to get in someone's pants (except my friend's fiance), and I must say it was amusing watching them try. They were not exactly terribly good at what they were trying to do. So instead of trying to get into her pants, I went over and flirted with her playfully, and made her feel better and safer.

Definitely a huge change since I started SM. It is awesome.

Today I went down to Miami to see my ex. She asked me for help, and as far as I can tell genuinely needed it, so I gave it to her.

What struck me was, on the way down, I was contemplating seducing her, and a little voice in my head said... "Don't do that, bad move, Shannon." So I didn't even try to and I intentionally controlled any sexual arousal and prevented her from becoming sexually aroused as well. Now this is the only woman I know of in the world who can turn me on genuinely, just by sitting down next to me. Our energy just does that to us... be near to each other long enough, and we always end up exchanging genetic material.

But this time, for the first time ever, I was able to crush it out of existence, and actively prevented her from feeling it, too, and I don't exactly know how. But what amazed me was... she began qualifying herself to me. And not for girlfriend, she's talking big times. She wants me to really come to respect her. I think she might be aiming for a long term strategy to get me back. I'm sure she would deny it, and maybe she doesn't even see it herself, but I do. And I did all this, making the choice not to seduce her and preventing anything from happening, without much difficulty... I have become so much stronger than I used to be it absolutely amazes me.

I now seem to have attracted a rather determined pursuer, who is making her interest known, and not giving up. She is trying harder and harder to escalate things to sex. I have to laugh. SM 2.0 is finding ways to get through the cracks and bring the women to me who want to have sex with me, even though I'm not really participating... it's starting to be as if my value is going so high that they're seeking me out in spite of hiding, and there will eventually be no hiding or denying. I can feel it. Some woman sooner or later is going to get through my defenses and and jump me.

My standards have gone up, and something seems to be pushing me to avoid the options for sex that are more and more appearing in my life. I think there is a part of me that is afraid to be sexually intimate because I associate emotion with it, and I don't want to get involved for sex alone.

Regardless, I can feel it coming... there's a sort of energy building in me that seems to be making me utterly irresistible to certain types of women, and I am noticing commonalities in the personality types I am attracting. They are all of the sensual or passionate personality class, with a sexual core that is either emotional pr passionate.

It won't be long now before it's unaviodable, I think.

I just realized that SM 2.0 is doing several interesting things. My copy specifies certain things that are not in the general release, such as "younger women only". Yet I spend all my time in my house working, and at least one of the women pursuing me is older than me. But I realize that one of her daughters fits the requirements of "of legal age of consent and younger than me". And one of my friends has suddenly in the last few months taken to trying to find suitable women to set me up with, when she never did this before... she's actually started finding herself new friends and keeps checking out her new friends as potential girlfriends or lovers for me and telling me about it. SM 2.0 will find a way, apparently.

I am thinking that I must have some serious resistance to having sex since the end of my last major relationship... I find myself more and more resisting these women who are stepping forward because of SM 2.0, and trying to avoid sex with them. I believe this is happening because I need to heal from that last major relationship still. Which means I should add something to SM to trigger healing and "allowance" of sex with the right women.

Then again, maybe I am just not cool with sex for the sake of sex anymore. I don't know. I do know that more and more, I feel conscious and intentional resistance to having sex, and I have actually stopped trying to interest and seduce them at all... I think that would change if I could find someone with whom I could have a relationship, instead of just sex. Right now, the women who have stepped forward are not options for me for one reason or another.

If all I wanted was sex, I could have been having sex for at least a couple months now, I'm sure. At least I know I need this healing now... I guess I'll have to make a program for that.

I spent the day so far out and about with my uncles and cousin, and we went to the gun range. Lots of fun, but what catches my attention is how when I spend sufficient time out of the house, I automatically and naturally go back into hunter mode... I saw some attractive females of appropriate age at the range. I wasn't trying to give them attention there because I was busy, that seems to have triggered it.

Then we went out to lunch, and I was giving the attractive waitresses the eye... and very pointedly, aggressively, making sure they knew what I was thinking. They seemed to be responding with acknowledgement and a little bit of flirtation in response. It was oddly not quite one thing or the other though... too much to be nothing, and not enough to mean anything. Strange.

Then while driving home, I happened to pass an attractive redheaded woman holding a sign out in front of a shop advertising it, and I immediately and aggressively locked eyes with her as I passed, so directly that she seemed instantly mesmerized and both of us turned our heads almost 180 degrees to track my movement... and, she held eye contact just as long as I did... way too long to be an accident.

Very interesting how I seem avoidant in some cases, and aggressively direct and hunting in others.

I went out tonight and had three beers and then a shot of Jager. I cannot believe some of what I was doing... drunk? perhaps slightly. But not staggering. Not slurring. And I was interacting with the band like they were old friends. By the end of the night, I drank that shot of Jager with them while they were on stage, and later the bass player (and backup singer) came over and said to me... "You guys rock, dude!"

SM 2.0 is really getting me out of my shell! Most impressed. I was also getting eyes from several women while I was there, but those who were not married, taken or engaged were not to my liking... so I didn't go after anyone. But I did find one of them, a very attractive woman, giving me the CFM eyes, and then I saw a big rock on her left hand. I very nearly walked over and said to her, "You, madam, are entirely too married." Then I saw her husband, three times my size and thought better of it. But still, it made for a lot of laughs at my table, and I had an awesome time. Impossible six months ago, for me to have relaxed and enjoyed myself that much without getting absolutely plastered.

Tonight I was at a cafe style restaurant and working... and I had two different very attractive women giving me serious, major IOIs. One kept walking past and making eye contact and smiling sweetly every time I turned around, and was very much interested in talking with me every time I gave her the slightest excuse. Interestingly, she let me do almost all the talking, and when she did talk, she was qualifying herself. I could tell she was seriously interested because she had "that look" in her eyes, the kind a woman gets when she sees a man she is thinking should be her future husband? I had a wonderful time talking to her, and I can tell she will be waiting for me to return. She looked kinda young though.

There was another woman, this one more physically attractive and not American, who was responding to me in ways I almost could not believe. She started looking at me immediately when I sat down and kept giving me what she tried to make secret glances all evening. She was also giving just about every body language signal of sexual arousal a woman can make shy of saying so, while she was tied up in a group discussion with what I believe must have been family. Had I been able to think of ANY way to open her, I have no doubt in my mind at all that had I given her any excuse at all, she'd have slept with me, multiple times, stayed the night at my place, and probably would have been my girlfriend when we woke up and did it all over again. It was that obvious that she was hungry and I was the reason... but how to open a woman who is engaged in conversation with a whole family, especially from a culture and country I am not familiar with? Argh!

Hopefully I'll see her again. Got to go there more often.

SM 2.0 is producing some insane results all by itself. Lately, I have women just showing up in my life all over the place who are very very compatible with me, and it is my choice whether or not I want to be sexually intimate with them. They keep piling up.

So far I have been extremely particular about who I have been with, and have done so for the sake of being wise about short and long term repercussions. But... I could have slept with more than 20 women since I started using this program, and I believe that it is setting up a lot of options for me in the long run, too. If I am right, next year should be absolutely insane, with the residuals straggling in.

One of the biggest reasons I haven't accepted many offers is that I know that if I do, I'll start getting distracted from my goal, which is to become extremely wealthy. I have more options now than I can keep track of, and the question isn't "Will she?", it's "Do I want to?" Truly, anyone who uses SM 2.0 all six stages and doesn't end up with a damned swarm is hiding from the world harder than I have been!

Alright, I am done with SM 2.0 and here's what I have noticed that it did for me.

First of all... it has killed my social anxiety. The worst anxiety I had in a long time was yesterday when I was heading to the beach to meet some people I did not know well. At it's worst, it was a faint sliver of a shadow of it's former self, and easily ignored. Beyond that, it's been pretty much nonexistent for months now. I am very impressed with how much more social this program has made me. I now have some social life because of it, although it's hard to have much of a social life between trying to work all the time and trying to be responsible with money. But I do get out now, and whenever I do, people male and female enjoy my company, look forward to seeing me, and some of the women have been giving me special treatment.

Second, my sex life has taken off again. It's not what I had been aiming for, with the program, but that's primarily a result of the fact that I don't have unlimited time or monetary freedom to put myself in the position of socializing frequently enough or in the right places all the time for that goal to be realized, and the fact that of all the women who have been presented to me as options, only two are single. So the one I have been having sex with is actually the woman I was dating before my major travels last year. I don't want to accept offers from other people's wives, fiances or girlfriends. If I was willing to, I would have had sex with at least two wives, one fiance and three girlfriends by now.

Third, some of the effects that SM 2.0 has had on me have been achieving the goal of the program in unexpected ways. It has given me ideas for things to do that I was definitely not expecting, which have definitely resulted in a lot more interest from the ladies. The way I respond to women now is much more comfortable and my natural personality shines through in a way that makes them love me. At one point, I had a hot bartender, a hot fiance and a hot wife all at once expressing major sexual attraction and interest, while the fiance and husband were oblivious and talking to me like I was their best friend. I mean like I could have had any of them that night, had I done things a little differently, but of course I don't touch taken, and the one who wasn't taken, I think deserves better than to just be used for sex. So who knows, maybe she'll end up my girlfriend.

All in all, just for the breaking down of the social anxiety and the effect it has had on my self confidence and getting me out and socializing and making friends... this program is worth more than it costs, in my opinion. I would have paid a LOT more than it costs to have what I have now as a result of using it. Now, the only challenge I have to having sex is having the time free to socialize and the house clean. Kinda hard to keep the house clean with dogs going in and out all the time, and working all the time.

SM 2.0 is so good that I am seriously tempted to just keep using it for another 6 months... as much as I want to use AM 5.0, and also do experiments with manifestations.

Two thumbs up. I'm impressed.

You're very responsive, and that's a good thing. You're also seeing what happens when you drag someone to their feet and beef them up quickly: there's some turbulence, and you have resistance sometimes. It's a testament to how powerful the program (and SlipStream) really are that you are only experiencing these resistances every so often, and only for a little while. In the beginning of AM, back in Version 1-2-3, it was really rough. I went through weeks and months of it at a time sometimes. I wish I was able to have simply purchased V6 instead of having to develop it.

The threatening stares by strangers, by the way? That's happening because you're displaying two things that upset them. First, you're displaying some traits that are very alpha. AM6 is designed to produce Transcendent Alpha, remember. The Transcendent Alpha is threatening to all the non-Transcendent Alphas because he does not conform to their power structure, or follow, or fall into line and has no need to challenge and perform the typical chest beating routine to assert his dominance. So he basically is just walking past the line of guys all trying to be alpha, all challenging eachother for position in line, and walking to and past the guy at the head of the line. That's very upsetting for those guys because it's behavior that calls into question their real level of dominance, power, alphaness and control. You don't even see that you're doing it yet, because it's in your attitude and body language.

The second thing I'd bet you're doing is displaying contradictory signals. You're not "there" yet, so the TA signals are there, but not consistent. This will really piss off the "Alphas" because they are being challenged (in their minds) by a guy who doesn't even know he's doing it, and isn't "really" alpha.

In most cases I encounter after having become more solid in my alphaness, these guys are not threatened by me so much anymore because I am consistent, and because I could not give a flying rat's patoot about challenging their social ranking as it is. Do. Not. Care. I'm just there to observe and enjoy, and when they see that, they tend to calm down and carry about their business. Occasionally a more evolved one will start befriending me, trying to figure me out.

AM6 heavily incorporates EHPRA in every stage. That means that one of the most important things it's going to do is get you to heal and release emotional damage and scars.

Everyone is going to handle this process differently. I cannot know how you will grieve, heal and move on; but just know that it is part of the process, and the outward display of "obsession" points to an inward fear of letting her go. Its a form of resistance to what the program is telling you to do: heal, let go of the past, outgrow previous limitations and become self sufficient and self sustaining.

The solution? Use the program according to the directions. Just keep going.

EPRHA is in every stage of AM6, and it's going to get you to strip yourself down to your core and heal and clear everything along the way. Killing shame is one step. The layer of shame that kept you from emotional eating is probably gone now, and so you're emotional eating. Next comes the reasons you were emotional eating.

Stages 1 through 6 are woven out of the Master Key Script so that you get the whole thing in steps that you can take to get from starting out to handling everything there is to experience in the script. Stage 7 is the Master Key Script in its entirety.

If it were possible to just do Stage 7, I would have only made and offered Stage 7, because it would save me weeks and months of time and pain to build, and it would be cheaper and sell better probably. But, subs at this level of intensity need to be worked up to. So once you have gone through Stages 1 through 6, you have two options: you can re-run the whole six stages, or you can run Stage 7. Both are valid options. But one is better than the other depending on what you experience during the journey and where you are at the end of it.

It is better to rerun the six stages again if you have not come through the other end feeling like you've achieved the goals of the program yet, or if any stage gave you a lot of problems. This is true because the script of Stage 7 is so much heavier and more complex. Let's say you had a lot of resistance during Stage 3, and you feel like it never went away by the time you finished that stage. Do you think you're going to do better by focusing on re-running the stages and focusing yourself, or by running Stage 7 and having that plus everything else bombarding you all at once? Obviously, focus is better.

But once you have been through the stages enough times that they're not being resisted and you feel they are ether generating growth freely or you are not growing anymore because you're there, and you come out the other end feeling like you've pretty much achieved the program's goals, then Stage 7 by itself will be a better choice because you are ready to handle the intermix of all six stages at once. It won't overwhelm, it won't distract from growth.

Depression is often a result of the subconscious wanting to resist the program, but realizing that it cannot... feeling unable to avoid that change that scares it... and responding with depression (feelings of hopelessness to avoid a fear). Until the change is made, at which time it disappears and is replaced by new positive programming. It is also possible that you are confronting and dealing with feelings of hopelessness in other directions based on other things, usually strongly ingrained faulty thinking and beliefs.

To this end, I took the best of all of what I found and put it in one program. Some of it came from books, some from Internet articles, some from friends, some from men I admire and respect, some from interviews with women, some from interviews with men, some from what I observed from first hand experience in life.

You may note that when one says "alpha male", there is need to define your terms. Everyone seems to have a different definition of what an alpha male is. My definition, or as simplistically close as I can get without referring you to the ad page for the program, is above.

The Alpha Male program is based on the understanding that every male has the potential within him to be what his genetic heritage is pushing him to be, which is a leader. This is true because in the wild, only the strongest mate and every gene wants to reproduce. We as humans are still very much driven by our genetics and our subconscious, which is why we are one of the most sex-obsessed species on the planet.

This potential is innate in us all, but there are often issues which develop through no fault of our own as we grow up which conspire to set us on the path to something less than our fullest potential. We are frequently taught by experience, society, and other control mechanisms etc. to surrender, instead of be what our genes are telling us to be.

The result is weakness compared to our true potential. There will always be a power struggle, and there will always be a pyramid of power, because shy of the self sufficient, self validating, self supporting man, alpha will always want to be the best. There can be only one best, and so the inevitable result is a constant series of challenges to one's immediate superior in the social strata.

The type of alpha who relies on the acknowledgement of others is limited, however. He can only remain on top for so long before he begins to weaken and is eventually replaced. This constant challenging and replacement of course means that at all times, this type of alpha is always going to be the strongest in the group.

The other type of alpha, however, does not rely on the group for his ranking. He is independent of, and above the group for his self image, happiness and privilege. He does not weaken and get replaced over time, because he is not constantly spending his energy in a battle for supremacy. He has transcended the limitations of that system, and now relies on only himself for his status, etc. While the group may not acknowledge him initially, he will be seen as the greatest threat to the current alpha of the group once he is recognized because he does not acknowledge that alpha's position and authority as being a limiting factor for himself. And because of this, the power structure does not hold him in place, restrict him, control him. He is his own man, and independent of the power structures of the groups through which he passes.

This second type of alpha is the higher form of alpha. The more subtle form of alpha. The more alpha form of alpha. He may not be the six foot four hundred-pounds-of-muscle alpha-by-raw-force, but he is a leader regardless, and others will naturally follow him out of admiration and respect because of what and who he is. The key difference here is that the group-dominant alpha leads more out of fear based respect, than the admiration based respect of the "ascendant alpha". The ascendant alpha is a master of himself first and foremost. Others follow him not because he demands it, forces it, or threatens them if they don't, but because he displays the highest, truest form of leadership and masculinity: independence and self mastery.

Everyone has the potential for this within them. My Alpha Male training program is not changing your personality; it is shifting your thinking and beliefs such that you naturally achieve your higher potentials in this direction. You are doing whatever changes are happening; the program is just showing you which directions to focus in in order to do so. But the end result is not a different person, or a different personality: it is the temperance of and refinement of the original one into a higher, truer expression of its own potential, which was always there.

When you compare an expertly crafted sword made of steel, to the lump of iron ore and coal that were it's original forms, you can see what I mean. Iron ore is ugly and useless unless it is smelted to remove the impurities. Heat is applied to force them to separate, and the result is relatively pure molten iron and "slag", which is the impurities, which are discarded. Then the coal is added to the iron and you get molten steel. But the core elements are still iron and carbon, are they not?

Then you pour the molten steel into ingot molds and let them cool. They have changed form again, but they are still iron and carbon. And when that ingot cools sufficiently, the blacksmith forges it into a new shape and level of strength through a cycle of heating pressure and cooling. Changes, each one, but the elements in play are still iron and carbon.

The end result is a fine sword which can be used to do many things, from develop one's skills to defending oneself. One might pay pennies for a pile of iron ore and coal, but that sword can command as much as tens of thousands of dollars. It has remained the same elemental essence, but it's value has increased beyond measure because it is stronger, purer, more effective and more versatile. So too the transcendant alpha.

My Alpha Male subliminal training set is like that. It takes the raw form, purifies it, blends it, strengthens it, forges it and returns a much higher value, stronger and more versatile result. It may take more than one cycle of use to finish it's goal, but it does achieve that goal, and the elements are not different, but they are purified, strengthened, shaped and made into their higher potential.

I believe that one of the biggest challenges society faces today is the reverse, which is the desire for the lump of coal and iron ore to say... "Ouch, that looks like work, I will just avoid that by accepting myself as I am and consider that good enough."

This is called a cop out. An excuse. An evasion. And it is inherently beta behavior. It shows weakness, unwillingness to improve oneself, because one is not in control of themselves. This is one of the biggest excuses that you hear through the United States. "Accept me as I am! I am just fine as I am, even if I'm a lazy slob who does nothing, weighs a ton, and contributes nothing to society and my fellow man! But accept me as I am, because then I don't have to face my fear of change, pain, take-your-pick." The rallying cry of the weak.

Self acceptance is a good thing, but it must be coupled with refusal to settle for anything less than constant self improvement, or it becomes an excuse to stagnate and hide from one's fears, responsibilities and life. That happens far too often these days.

The natural path of a leader is to accept himself as he is, assess his weaknesses, and do what he needs to do to strengthen, refine, reshape, improve and master himself. Even if it's scary. Even if it's not always pleasant. Because he knows that it is his responsibility to himself and those he leads to do so. The highest form of alpha is the alpha who refuses to settle for "good enough".

So while I agree with you, I think we have some different definitions. Instead of being what others tell you to be (I believe this is what you mean by change, and this is a very beta behavior, born in insecurity), I am talking about taking what and who you already are and making it into it's highest positive potential. That's the goal of Alpha male. And that seems to be what you are saying as well.

Subliminals work by introducing ideas to your subconscious mind until it accepts them as true. Once it begins accepting them as true, it begins acting on them as being true, and they become true. The truth of these new ideas was always there, but the action of acting on them as truth was not. So the change is not being made by the subs, but by the listener, and the change is not becoming X, but accepting X as true and by doing so, acting on it's truth to manifest it. The truth was always there, but the action made it come forth into expression.

Everything the program is designed to do, you can therefore manifest as true by acceptance, action on that acceptance, and thus creating the resulting expression of that truth. The acceptance, the action, the allowing, is always within you, and always your own choice; the subiminal does nothing more than present new ideas.

When I was younger, I was dealing with a lot of negativity. I was (and still am) physically the smallest framed person in my family. I developed crossed eyes when I was around 3 to 5 years old. I have an exceptionally high IQ. I had dyslexia and became extremely nearsighted. And I am covered in freckles. All these things made me different, and targets of ridicule. Negativity from those around me who chose to tear me down because I was different.

I was told I was a wierdo. A freak. A loser. Weak, worthless, useless, incompetent. My third grade teacher told my mother I was retarded. If my mother hadn't stood up for me (she was a special ed teacher, so she knew well the difference between exceptionally high and low IQ), got me the therapy to overcome the dyslexia, got me glasses and surgery to correct my crossed eyes, and then forced me to keep going with my education until I actually learned how to read, learned how to multiply, learned how to do all the things I initially couldn't do because of one or more of these challenges or what someone told me that I accepted as true, I would surely have ended up dead of a drug overdose long ago.

And the adversity didn't end there. Even after that, my family (and sometimes my own mother) was tearing me down constantly. Hammering the loser, useless, clueless, helpless, worthless.

And yet, here I am. I am the foremost producer of the most powerful and advanced subliminals in the world, as far as I can tell. I am succeeding in a business that I was laughed at and ridiculed for. The people who ridiculed me, now envy me. They see me waking up when I want to, working when I want to, playing when I want to, eating what I want, where I want, with whom I want, spending money they don't have, or don't have to spend as they please. They realize now that I am capable of doing anything I choose to do. And I choose to succeed.

What's the difference between the me now, and the pathetic wretch who started this journey?

It all comes down to the changes I have had in what I believe. Those changes in belief led to changes in action and reaction, which led to changes in everything else. But I am still the same person! What is here typing this, is still Shannon. The same Shannon who experienced all those things, which is why I remember them. But I am a purer, stronger, more versatile and more refined version of him. I am an example of his higher potential, and I am becoming a higher potential still.

The subs don't change you. They only present you with ideas. Once you accept those ideas as true, you act on them as true, and their truth becomes manifest. But it was always there, or else it could not become manifest!

I, as I am now, have always been within "Shannon", regardless of what age you look at. When I was 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35... all of those "me's" had this potential, and I as I am now have the potential of that multi-millionaire I am becoming, and the billionaire I am becoming, and the discoverer, and the father and maybe husband, and everything else I will go on to become and express. It's all here now... just latent and unmanifest. The difference between me now and me then is what we believe, what we have therefore done, and what we have manifested as true.

Did the subliminals do that? No. They presented me with ideas. I did the rest.

Emotional eating is almost always triggered by fear, guilt, shame, insecurity (fear of not being good enough), jealousy (fear of not being good enough), embarassment (fear of being too vulnerable and judged)... shame to stop doing that is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. It just deepens the toxicity of the whole.

EPRHA is in every stage of AM6, and it's going to get you to strip yourself down to your core and heal and clear everything along the way. Killing shame is one step. The layer of shame that kept you from emotional eating is probably gone now, and so you're emotional eating. Next comes the reasons you were emotional eating.

If you feel like you're losing your identity when you're seeing your GSF dissolve... you have a wonderful thing indeed! That means your self identity has been largely based on those negative emotions, and as they dissolve, the whole world becomes your oyster!

Sometimes, when the old self realizes what is going on, it makes some desperate efforts to reassert itself. When this happens, it usually means it's either dying, or almost dead. Just keep going.

If you get this response this late in the game, though, I recommend another run-through.

Your resistance may be associated with your belief that your "beta self is dying". The fact is, your "beta self" is not "dying", it is being transformed. The transformation does not need to trigger a subconscious fear of death, as the "beta self dying" idea may have been doing. You're not dying, any part of you. You're on a highly accelerated growth path. Same you, just at a higher level of potential being experienced and expressed.

Keep in mind that on top of frequently it being true that AM requires a total of 2-3 run-throughs total to get full benefits from it, it also needs time after you finish to "set". That's why we recommend taking a little time off between subs, especially the big ones. Rome wasn't built in a day. The Titanic didn't turn on a dime.

You will want to take some time off the AM6 sub when you finish. This will allow you to begin experiencing the effects a bit better, because what you're very likely resisting is "being told what to do". When the sub stops, you're not "being told what to do" anymore, and whatever has taken hold begins to become your natural expression, if it is not already.

If you're in that less than 1% of super hardcore control freaks, the only thing I can suggest is to use it again and again until it take hold. I recommend you take 2-4 weeks off after using it, and then run it again. This time, though, you might benefit from using it a little less per day; 12 hours is fine. Again back to that "being told what to do" thing.

(On AM6 attracting women) -

The addition of secondary influences like that one is later in the program. Usually stages 4 or 5. That's for after the major work of the primary goal of the program has been done, and we can start adding in stuff that's not primary focus. AM is about becoming self sufficient, self controlled, self aware, self reliant, stronger, healthier, better leader, free from fear, more successful, more focused through his center, more stable, more confident, more decisive, more capable, etc. Women are attracted to men like this, but adding in focus to that in the program needs to be a secondary consideration, so it's for later. I don't remember specifically which stage it starts in, but it would be 4 or 5.

007, I would like to better understand your experience with AM6. You're saying it did not make you alpha, but what is your definition of alpha? And, what did you notice it did while you were using it? Anything at all? Was there any outward indication of resistance?

Because if you used the whole program and got absolutely nothing from it, there are only two possible explanations I can think of:

You weren't actually listening to it (zero volume, bad speakers, something like this) or
You completely and totally stonewalled it.



And if you managed to stonewall AM6 that well, I need to shake your hand, my friend, because you are incredible.

There is only one way to stonewall this program that well. You have to be positively drowning in fear at a subconscious, if not conscious level. And, you have to have an extraordinarily rare, and strong, personality type.

Since you've already been refunded, there is no issue with that, but I suggest that you consider doing one of the following two things.

What I would do is run EHPRA for at least 32 days straight and see if you get anything at all from that. Anything that tells you something is happening. If it is, then keep running EHPRA until you feel like it's finished making changes, or you hit the 6 month mark, and then run AM6 again.
Or, you can just run AM6 again.


I like the idea of using a more specific sub to see if it's just that program you're resisting, and EHPRA is a great choice because it will help you clear the way to making AM6 work.

You could also consider something like Life Tune-Up, although that's not free like EHPRA is.

I don't recommend you try SM until you've gotten results from AM6.
