Ok. I was executing just fine in the first week when I listened only 3 days in row, this incident came after listening 5 days in row, and aside from that I just shut down for days...didnt do anything. So I would lean towards the probability of it being too MUCH exposure. But again, it could have been just coincidence. Either way, its over now,  Im on day 2 off and feel much better and focused, re-evaluating some business choices and feel optimistic that I will make good choices now. I felt bit foggy after too much exposure, which has now cleared out. Lets see how this week progress as I am off UMS till monday. I will update soon again.

Cycle 4. Brief update and note to myself, and a quick question for Shannon.

Yesterday was 1.st day UMS on for cycle 4. My original plan was to do 3 days on, 4 days off. I woke up today in the middle of the night/early morning with headache which is very rare for me, and it was also worse in its intensity than those rare others. I am not sure if it was because of UMS or something else since it was only after 1.st day of this cycle. However, after two previous cycles of 5 days on and only 2 days off, and 3 days on 4 days off it might be some kind of build up of too much exposure in too short time. I might take rest of the week off and try 3 days on again in next week.

What you think Shannon, can UMS build up too much exposure so quickly and how likely it is..? Should 6 days off now after listening only 1 day "reset" it to "normal" where I would be able to continue 3 days on and x days off per cycle?

EDIT: Also, might be coincidence or still some kind of reversal resistance; went to train today and forgot to take with me my travel card that is loaded with option to travel within my city for unlimited amount using public transportation, so once I was in train and realised this I had to pay separately for that trip which the travel card would have covered. Small amount, but for wrong direction.

To determine whether or not this headache is from the sub, you will need to keep using it for another day and see if the headache returns. If it does, then I suggest taking 5-7 days off.

^^Good to know in future. By the time I read that I was already having day off...which I continued so: Cycle 4, day 3 off.

Havent been very productive which may be because E3 seems to have taken primary focus recently. This manifests as sense of general emotional well being even when I have had several minor physical health issues at once during the past few weeks (which had started to occur even before UMS and have longer roots so I dont put them on UMS). Aside from being calm regarding physical health issues, EM3 seems to be continue to heal some emotional and mental aspects regarding to women as well (as mentioned in earlier posts). Interesting connection that is...since some of the business ideas that I have heavily involves women, male/female dynamics, possibly leaning towards some rather intimate relations etc. (no, Im not gonna be pornstar lol! But not necessarily too farm from it either...just kidding) so it makes sense that EM3 is working on my relationship with women also. And yes, EM3 also gently but surely is healing my relationship with money.

Aside from E3 doing its thing, the module that is responsible for organising thinking, knowledge, "working environment" etc. has been primary focus this past cycle or two. Maybe it is having me organising things first (before UMS propels me towards taking more of visible action) so that once Im done with organising my productivity will be more...productive...meaning not wasting time in distractions and clutter, being able to start and launch from "clean table" so to speak.

Interesting you mention the women part. I actually had, what I think we're memories of 2 instances which causes issues till this day. Would explain one and another, as on DMSI, I tended to struggle with that for a bit.

Im not sure Im following you...what would explain what? And are you saying UMS works better than DMSI for you regarding those issues? It seems to work for me.

Well, on DMSI I felt at times there was something missing. I knew something was up yet not brought to light in the magnitude that I actually got an "aha" moment. Rather the more on edge kind of thing regarding my behaviour. I hadnt had conscious awareness of the memories of these 2 events, now its pretty clear to me.

Im not saying that UMS is working better then DMSI regarding these matters ( or maybe it does due the improved tech ) but I do experience UMS also covering women/relationships for me.

Oh, ok...makes sense. I think I have read others reporting improved relationship and/or healing regarding women as well. There is mention/module description in UMS page that says something about "having it all, at once" (sex/love, aside from design goal). Maybe it (the module?) has a surprising effect of what we are reporting...or not so surprising...Shannon? Similar(?) to what Shannon did not expect regarding celebrity effect?

That module prevents you from killing relationships and sex on your journey to wealth. It doesn't make you have a better sex life or relationship. If I had to guess I'd say it's an effect of the ME2 paired with E3 and the modules intended to get people to like you in the ways that result in wealth.

Interesting. Well, whatever it is, its surely welcome and a nice surprise "bonus effect" to the beast of UMS. Lets see where that effect takes me (along with everything else that is in UMS). The journey continues...
