Looking back at it now, it seems like a self-sabotage. There was some unwanted results. So, I won't be doing that again.

I used to smoke up to help with my mediatation/mind work before finding your subs. I thought it may do the same but I was wrong. DMSI is best left alone to allow it to do it's things.

Day 7 (Wednesday)

My dream last night was about success, to start off I took a portal to other reality. It was in a Home Depot, I was consoler for a young female. Long story short, she was wondering why her dad worked there. I told her in my reality he is a owner of a multi-million dollar business. All it take is one decision, can snowball into a totally different reality. And, he choose to work at Home Depot to be closer to her (not realivent to the lesson but it was an end to the dream).

I slept well last night, I ate a big breakfast (stew chicken, with rice and peas). I still feel the healing going on. "Being patience isn't about waiting, it's when your going through hell to keep going" not sure who said it but where my thoughts are right now. I haven't felt much of the aura, but have felt some of the auto-training last night.

It's only been a week after all, I'm in this for the long haul. I know I have a lot to clear, most of my emotion, and fears have to do with women.

Quick edit: I have notice a lot of my acne has been under better control lately.

Day 8 (Thursday)

Just before bed, I realized I should take a shower. I almost didn't because of old programming(when I'm depressed I tend to shower less). Than I had a thought, you have the willpower to fight old programming.

I remember before IML, all I had was my willpower in my corner. I did alot of good things in my life with just willpower. I forgot it was there(don't know why or how), this is a game changer for me. Here's to the start of the snowball. ?

I mean, when the healing and clearing is finished. You can use A or B as you please, I can't stop you. But I instruct you to use A for at least a month because B will likely hit you like an artillery shell and rip you to shreds achieving it's goals regardless of what you are and are not ready for, if you're not ready for it.

Once the clearing and healing is finished, B will provide a little more focus and power because it does not have the healing and clearing scripting to process.

Day 7 (Thursday)

First night I did any PMO without porn, "were half way there, oh woe"

I had some dreams last night about just going to town on food like pizza, ice cream, and all kinds of other junk food.

My take away from this is my subconscious is feeding my cravings well I sleep. So, I don't have cravings for junk food in my waking state.

I felt really good upon waking up, relaxed and rested. It's the third day in a roll with good sleep. It defenilty beats my old sleep pattern.
