Alas, there's only so much you can do in a day, and it ultimately comes down to priorities. And right now, my priority is my confidence!

Hi Shannon, thanks for checking in. Well, the program has certainly given me a great kick start to a consistently sustained effort to practice confidence. I find myself playing much less of a victim and much more of the master manipulator of my life, making strategic decisions that serve me at the risk of displeasing others, and having them turn out just fine for everyone involved. Better yet, my reactions to adversity are a lot more constructive. While it still admittedly pisses me off somewhat, more and more often, I make the effort to, as Napoleon Hill says, find within it the seed of opportunity, and otherwise, as Taylor Swift says, shake it off.
