Even though E4 is not out yet, I thought I would create a journal anyways.

I am very much looking forward to running this program for at least 6 months to a year.

I’m also very much looking forward to the reports. If it turns out to be as powerful as Shannon expects to be, it might be my next sub even if I am doing LTU6 now, to double up on the emotional healing, my no 1 priority. Would that make sense?

So first night was interesting. When I first started listening I felt a sudden drop in energy then I felt wired. Like I couldn’t go to sleep.

As I was listening, I became aware of all the times in my life where I felt less than. In time. I think E4 will clear out all of this junk.

Ok so a question about format. The first night I used hybrid track and the second night I used masked on earphones.

Which format is more effective? I’ve read hybrid can be but not in all cases

I am not an experienced sub user like many other users here but for OF I switched between different formats and I can say: they all work well. I chose the one which was most appealing me.
