I'm not sure if its because i've been listening to Woman magnet stage 1 for 16 hours a day (almost done the stage)

or if its because i've been learning how to overcome premature ejaculation and how to be aware of my body and in control of my muscles.

but in the span of around 1 1/2 - 2 months I went from having 0 control whatsoever and cumming prematurely everytime I masterbated with the intent of prolonging it.
