The reason I ask is because cardio in itself is unnecessary for fat loss. A calorie deficit is what's necessary and that's much easier to acheive by adjusting diet. If one enjoys cardio, then they can do it, but since Delta said he SHOULD be doing it, it means he thinks he has to, which just isn't true. But since Delta's read the sticky threads on bodybuilding.com, he probably knows all this.
