Just curious when the last time you switched up versions? If you're running A, when did you last run B and for how long - and vice versa?

Sorry for the very late reply but I never did B because I wasn't getting any results with A which indicated to me that there was still healing needing to be done before I could execute and B would essentially be a waste of time if I'm just going to resist it.

On a different note, I haven't been listening anymore and just letting the time go by to take a break but these few weeks have been killer, especially since around the 28th. I've been getting nausea and headaches with it having gotten much worse since the beginning of August with the last week being random bouts of nausea usualky once a day.

According to Shannon, you may see something from B - some non-responders to A do. The program will just try to bulldoze through the things holding you back from executing, vs. going the gentler healing/clearing route.

Since you haven't run B at all, I'd give it a shot and see what's up. If that doesn't work, some have seen an inkling of results after bludgeoning themselves with massive amounts of loops - though I recollect you tried going as high as 8 before. Then again, that was Version A.

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably try that later but I am feeling mentally exhausted and need a few months break from subliminals. I may be having occasional bouts of illness but it's kind of nice to have a good sleep and not make sure I start listening at a specific time to make sure I get through my loops before going to sleep.
