This kinda depends on what type of SCG you wanna do. You wanna do "usual" SCG where your friends hook you up? Or do you wanna befriend new people hooking you up with new people?
I'll list some products below, but depending on what kind of SCG you want to go. You should possibly take a different product.
RSD Luke released "Social Circle Blueprint", in which he shows the potential. I personally think it's lacking a "How-To", but nonetheless, a program and you might resonate with Luke and the way he teaches.
Greg Greenway has "Project Royalty" which I really enjoyed, even though I didn't think it gave the "whole package". I am still looking for a "full package program" though.
At last, we have "Aslen Claymore - Red Knight Social Circle Generator" which I also enjoyed.
I personally would say watch Greg's and Aslens for the "how-to" and if you want to know the potential for SCG, Luke's program is also good, some of his tips regarding SCG are gold.
SCG is basically about befriending people at "the top". This means befriend nightclub promoters, so you get into the VIP Area for free, befriending photographers so you get access to models and such.
The best overall course regarding seduction, (in my opinion) is Limitless by David Tian which of course, then also includes a bit of SCG.
