Initially I read this as sprouted grain beard. Hahaha. I have no idea why.
I've added a few little things since starting DMSI that I didn't even think of before, but just simple things like himalayan salt and lemon in water after a workout. And a spoon of coconut oil before a workout. All these things i've used before seperately and for different reasons but I just had the urge to do the water thing after a hard workout and I felt better. When I researched it I was onto something. And I just searched coconout oil before workout and i'm onto something again.
The main thing is my drive for the gym has come back and I even added a bootcamp class or another class as there's a couple and I plan to do 1 a week on top of my normal workout which I never had the urge to do before.
