Yeah it makes no sense, but Shannon's silence makes me suspect all the more that this is, in fact, the case.

That DMSI is only targetted towards women who ALREADY want to have sex with you, which is not only pointless, it's narrow-minded.

People change their minds, but if the program only targets people who have, or "when they do" want sex with the user, it is quite useless.
