How does the subconscious know that sort of information?

I believe that it has access to sources of information the conscious mind does not, and that it perceives time as a smear instad of a point of now. Thetefore it can see "what if" for at least minutes in advance, and probably much more than minutes, depending on the level we are talking about.

This appears to be future knowledge to the conscious mind which perceives time as a point of now.

Is it possible that some of these sources are other senses being marshaled for perceiving more data simultaneously (e.g. smell for pheromone output, hearing for breathing patterns, etc)?

Certainly. I can't say I know for sure, these ideas are just my best educated guesses based on what clues and observations I have made over the years.

The night before, every dream I had was some form of battle. I guess my subconscious is fighting to stay with my original programming or this sub's power level is way too high lol

Last night affirms the fact that this sub is dealing with something really deep. When I started playing the sub, I felt fear grip my heart after 15 or so minutes of exposure.

Day 10

All I'm getting is dreams that are dealing with the healing aspect. It manifests itself as a kind of battle of some kind and I wake up with extreme fatigue.

Earlier the sub dug up something that's really weird. I felt shame about being attracted to people and often thought of myself as inferior or creepy for having this attraction. That's something to heal and get over.

I noticed that my mindset for this sub has changed considerably. In the beginning and the following days, I felt the need for instant effects and results but now I don't have the same impatience. I'm starting to take the laidback approach, or the "lets just see what happens" mindset.

Just moved to a separate music player and it is a stark difference. Put to words: "you just really started MSI" feeling. Im almost tempted to say it's day 1 again.

Mild jealousy arising because I have a bad habit of comparing myself to others. I realized I have a negative perspective for everything. I might need to run E2 afterwards.

Last night when I listened to the sub, I felt string pressure on my sternum then on the area where the sacral chairs. Then I naturally tried to lucid dream. I got to the point where my entire body is numb. When I tried to exit my body, I tensed, heart rate tensed, and breathing becomes erratic.
