First off all, sorry for bad english. Well, I'm 20 years old and a studient of a university. You can say that i've been living in this world that filled up with the darkness, oh lol.

When i was 4 or 5 years old, i had so many friends. It was easy to socialize. I did everyhting i wanted. It's different when i was in the secondary school and upper secondary school. I was anti-social. My mom and dad always got angry when i made a mistake. That makes me have trauma.

  1. Secondary School

    I got some studients, specially in my class hate me. They bullied me. Owh, i hate it, damn it! I didn't have any close friends. Untill it's on the 3rd grade, something happened. The persons that bullied me became my friend. Of course i was very happy.

  2. Upper Secondary School
    Here is very annoying. Everyone in the class hated me. There were so much conflicts. How come? Here is the reason.

    "I loved studying, reading book, reading any articles. I always finished all assigments at the time. In fact, i could do it faster. I often answered the question correctly. I always said "Yes" when the theachers gave us home work which all studients in my class didn't like it. I wanted to get assigment/homework everyday, but the others said "No,no......" " So, you got the picture?

Well, i'm exactly in college.
I feel so shame, neediness, desperate,etc.
I am anti-social.
I hope i can get many friends here, but it seems impossible.

I have been feeling so lonely. I do everything by my self. I run my life in the darkness. I try to talk to others with expectation hope they like me. But nothing happen.

In front of them (all studients in the class), i assumed like a champion, but maybe i'm a shit and nothing for them. It hurt me bad.

Little story :
It was weeks ago, my father was building a new room with my brothers. They worked together very well. But i didn't. It feels like i was "un-used item". Only face no contributions. I wanted to help them, but sound like -- [Oh! Look at him, he's nothing, he can't do like we do, he don't know how to use the hammer]--.

Oh, men! It's poor. I want to be reliable. I want everyone count on me, rely on me. Untill now, i've been feeling like i can't do anyhting like all men can do. Being Shame, neediness, desperate, manipulated, etc., i hate it.

I want to overcome even erase all negative status.

That's my sory, let's see what a surprise can this product make.

  • STAGE 1

    I got my self acting like mad.
    Confident : not realy . On this stage i feel more agressive. I couldn't control my self.

    I had new habbit like looking at my self in the mirror. I bought some new shirts. Some girls called me, i think they want to get my attention. Here i overcome anti-social.

    But still :
    o Feeling needy
    o Shame

  • STAGE 2

    Still i couldn't control my self. But yeah, i got self maturity, masculinity, and feeling like ready to face other people, although the "shame" id there. The neediness is a little bit decreased.

    NOTE :
    I used to get my body languange like a WOMAN. "Owh! bad , hate to tell you about this guys but it's okey.

    Also, i did exercise. In social world, i feel more relax but however the passive feeling is still there.

  • STAGE 3

    It's different with the stage 1 and 2. Here, i can control my self, calm, and more confident.
    Oh yeah, i forgot something. I have some old friends. In that situation i can take lead. It feels like i'm better then them all and feel cooler then anyone. Smile

    o Overcome neediness, but i feel uncomfortable when i do something like men do. Feeling like can't do anything is around me.

    o Self esteem : Increased
    0Masculinity : Increased

  • STAGE 4

    Just started.

Last day of stage 4.

I don't what to say here. During this stage, i had a lot of vivid - vivid dreams.

You know what? The anxiaty is still there. So is fear feeling. This means run yhis programm 4 times is better and recommended.

Haha lol. I enjoy my journey. Althogh, the result is not max, yet.

My problem exactly is the insult and hesitation i have got from people in my environment . I have growing as a feminine dude.

Hey! how are you using the subs ? ultras with speakers or masked and headphones?. How many hours?. I always got the best results using masked with headphones and 16+hrs a day.

GL, you are younger than most of us, so you are in a great place having found these resources so early. And in no time you are gonna notice how you surpass in life all those jackass that insult you.

I played Ultrasonik and masked version all with the headphone and no speaker.

On stage 1, i used it only 8 hours. Stage 2, it was 8 hours. And Stage 3 trough now and then are 10-13 hours.

I'd say you're rating things a bit early. You're not even finished with the first run yet. Plus, most guys find that two runs through is very beneficial, because this program is making a lot of adjustments in a lot of areas at once. There's a limit to how much one can handle at a time, and for someone like you, it may progress a little slower than for other guys. Fear can do that. You remind me of myself when I got started. Just finish this run, take a week or two off, and then run it again.

Got new information. Ya, it is too fast to rate. Ya, it may take times for me. Actually, i would like to rate my growth in every stage i finished.

And will do 2nd run.

I'll agree with Shannon. I was much in a similar situation when I started. AM first time makes HUGE changes, definitely... or atleast it seemed that way before with older versions, I know Shannon now makes it so you don't really notice the changes as much because you accept them as how you've always been... BUT, the first run-through seemed like more a sampling for me after all was done, it stuck around but definitely wasn't as strong as 2nd or 3rd time. Like scratching the surface and the following runs dig deeper and deeper and are much easier, definitely.

But you definitely do sound like I did in the beginning. Hell, I couldn't even talk to a single person or go out alone even though I did manage some restaurants at a young age. You're gonna learn a lot about yourself and really make significant progress because I can tell you really want to. Keep at it and enjoy the next run! Smile

You are rating things too early.

However, remember what I said before. You using that mono mp3 player for a long time really hampered your results and I recommended a complete redo of the program after this run and a one week break to fix it. This run was naturally going to underperform due to that issue. And to always check your audio source in the future to make sure it works properly.

So chin up friend. Things will only get better from this run onward!
