My little book is coming along nicely, I have the core part pretty much done, just gotta write an introductory chapter and fill out some details, and then edit it some.

I'm visiting my crazy parents for the holidays, which is good for my singing practice as I can do it at their place (thier neighbors don't mind every once in a while) so I'm practicing in little spurts throughout the day, which a nice change of pace from focused lengthier sessions. Same with piano-practice.

Been ridin' high emotionally these past couple of days, despite the program still working on healing through stuff.

That creative frenzy I was in was very fruitful. I believe I have definitely come out changed - for the better, and good tidings are ahead! It was also very welcome as I was working through some really heavy stuff, healing-wise, and it took my mind off things, which was a blessing. I have successfully performed a self-initiation, apparently. And I've learned a ton about energetic workings, like f. in. how to make that DRS-like shield on my own, using my own method (because, frankly, I'm a word-sound guy, I *suck* at what's commonly referred to as creative visualization practices, which is the fastest way to perform energy manipulation on your own. So now I have a method that plays to my strengths. It requires some preparation and know-how, but after that, it's really simple and a joy to execute). I'll be testing it out some more, definitely!

Essentially - it's writing poetry. Ayup. I write poems and they're like guides for both your conscious and unconscious to perform, say, a particular energetic operation (like establishing a mirroring shield around your aura, to follow the DRS-equivalent example. Maybe equivalent is too big a word, because comapred to DRS v2 this one's relatively basic, but it's there and it appears to work!)

Would love to hear your thoughts about how to recreate this energy field without the need for subliminals.

Well, it's essentially using your imagination in a crative way - in a way that your subconscious will take as an instruction to do a thing, in this case, create a shield.

The traditional way requires you to meditate and visualise a shield around yourself. I write a rhyming poem with which I can follow the imagery, with some additional stuff to make it more "magickal", as it's commonly called, to make it clear I'm not reciting it just for art, but to get a particular energetic result. So that when I read it the images will appear in my imagination in real time. I use the image of a polished obsidian black cocoon, wreathed in violet flame.

I'm still working out the specifics of how to use the words most effectively, but it seems to be working the way I worded it now.

I now feel like I can do the three months left of this run easy-peasy. It definitely feels like I have some help and support now - on which I purposefully called, using some of my energetic know-how - and it's a great feeling.

Working on my book. I have the main chapter and the core of the book done, now going to work on the more scholarly chapters and some more "creative meat". I've been passing what I have around among interested people, and people who might potentially interested, to test out its contents and provide feedback, which I've already gotten some and it's been very valuable, and there's some Hot Witches among them as well, which is always a plus.

Synchronicities go brrrr!

Apart from that, I do still get moments when I get tired, like that feeling of exhaustion behind your eyes you get when you haven't had enough sleep - but, yeah, it passes after I get some proper sleep and some good nutrition in.

When I sleep, I quite often get very vivid, semi-lucid dreams definitely related to healing and what the program is doing.

BTW. discussed subliminal programs, and those by Shannon and IML in particular, with my lady analyst again and she finally seems to show an interest. "Oh, so it's like hypnosis?" Urm, yeah - ON SOME SERIOUS STEROIDS

Spending my time healing and cleraing and OGSFing (wonky dreams bonanza! Especially if I happen to all asleep right after listening to my loops for the day), practicing singing and writing my book. It's coming along so fast I think I'll be done with the first draft within a week. I have 7000 words already.

Then I'm gonna look for beta-readers and beta-testers of the method contained within for feedback. And think I'm going to publish it using the Kindle Publishing thingy by Amazon - just have to decide whether I wanna go the Kindle Unlimited route, which would prevent me from selling the book through other avenues but would mean automatic promotion and a bigger cut, or not. The method I've devised does seem to be very user-friendly and I'm using it myself *and getting obvious, visible results*, hah! I'm very proud of what I achieved here and I want to share it with the world, and hopefully make some cash on my work. Ultra Successing to the max!
