Stage 4 - Day 19

Stage 4 hasn't revealed itself to me, so I'm still not sure what it's doing. By this point in previous stages, I had a good feel for their effects. This one is a mystery.

The previous stages felt like they were working on things at my core. Stage 4 doesn't feel like it's penetrating as deeply.

Stage 4 - Day 24

For the past 2-3 nights I've awakened to really bad anxiety with my mind running wild. I get the sense that I'm attempting to reconcile conflicting thoughts but instead they're colliding, which is causing a lot of internal friction. I woke up sweating today.

I haven't felt anxiety like this is a while. Even meditation didn't tame it.

Edit: After being awake for a while and giving this more thought, I'm pretty sure what I described above was diet-induced. I ate like shit over the holiday weekend, so I think my body let me know that it didn't like the junk I consumed. I've been semi "off the wagon" since vacation when I started stage 4, but i over did it this weekend for sure.

Stage 4 - Day 25

The social fluency, charisma,  and sense of power I experienced during stage 3 are completely gone. That's disappointing.

I still have no idea what stage 4 is doing. That's also disappointing. 

I can't tell what, if any, progress has been made over the last 25 days.
