All I can say is stage 3 was probably the toughest for me and the only one where I really felt any resistance throughout the whole program. I found myself getting very agitated and angry at things that before might have been only slightly annoying. It wasn't til around the third week that I finally "accepted" the anger and accepted that it was ok to be angry at somethings. Needless to say though, that I was still relieved when I was able to move on to stage 4. Thing is though, everyone is different so you might react to the stage better than I did.
