Day 37, OSC + DRS v2
Despite the lack of wonky sensations, I do still get flares of anger accompanied by thoughts of certain individuals, which come and go. And become more intense while I'm listening to my loops of DRS v2. Also this happens more when I'm actively doing whatever I want to be doing - like singing practice (which I've found frustrating these past couple of days, which is an unwelcome change compared to last month) or being around people and ladies in particular.
Had some more dreams, these were definitely related to some sort of fears/worries, I think? No lady-butts in these, though, which makes me sad.

Increased the power on my EMS suit, now it's 100% cardio, 100% strength training. The strength training is kinda hardcore at these settings but I'm beginning to adjust. I'm getting more buff and people are noticing - trouble is, I've actually gained a little weight (probably muscle mass, but still) instead of losing it, heh. Gonna have to ramp up my diet a little. [EDIT: Actually, turned out I did not gain weight, I just had to, urm, "relieve" myself and the weight went back to where it was, lewl]
On another interesting note, I completely stopped consuming energy drinks. I used to chug a couple a day on previous programs - on these two, I feel no such need. Should be healthier in the long run and might be related to improved energy sourcing in the shield.
