When you're ready, I'd suggest looking at E2. I found for me personally running E2 was better than AM6.
AM6 caused me to grow for sure and I'm a better person because of it, but E2 allowed that better person to show through all the BS that I had ever accumulated.
That being said, both programs are amazing to run through.
