I then asked her if the rash could be a detox. She looked at me strangely and said that she don't think so....
well, I still have the rash on my back. It's been 2 weeks now. I don't know what the reason is. It looks as though it was healing now, but very slowly, and new pimples are appearing here and there...
What's your diet?
I usually eat scrambled eggs for breakfast (class A eggs). Different types of soups, potatoes (or buckwheat groats) with meat and salad for dinner. And for supper bread with cheese or ham and sliced young cabbage, all sprinkled with pepper and some ketchup. Additionally I eat almonds and cashews for snacks or as lunch.
I eat grapefruits quite often, at least two times a week, coz I love them.
From this week on I started to eat garlic (once a week) and drink fresh beet and apple juice twice a week (home made).
Well, of course it happens that I eat some junk food sometimes, and that I eat sweets, but I try to avoid it if I can. I avoid eating yogurts.
