I just had a quick browse through your AM journal. I noticed a lot of similar experiences in stage 2 and also 1. For me it feels like stage 2 is also garbage removal more than anything as I've had a lot of stuff coming up lately (The last few days). A lot of self doubt which has been very depressing but i'll see through it.

Have also been AD's for two after the advice of my doc which is very cool. Cause I really don't like those things

So still feeling really down and depressed today. Questioning everything in my life where I am where i'm going. Little to no motivation and tired.

Also feeling like I need women but at the same time don't really care enough to be to social and really talk to them.

Starting to wonder whether this is due to the sub or whether its due to other circumstances

wow you summized my day too! its been smooth with stage 2 until today, i have a week left, lets ride through it.

Cheers enoch. Wow man I just read your journal entry from today and it was honestly like we had pretty much the same day with different people in it. I'm 2 weeks into stage 2

Its actually in a way comforting to know others are going through the same thing. The self doubt, disconnection, misery etc.

Also Shannon was just talking to my sister for the last week she was one of their top sales people and has gone from being well below meeting her targets to well above. Some of this is due to her being relatively new to her job but she swears a lot of it is due to the program and has become a firm believer in your programs. She also mentioned how much more confident and comfortable she had become around everyone in all situations. I'm thinking of getting her alpha female for her birthday but want to make sure she makes it through her first year of uni before starting as I know how much stress and strain the alpha series can put the mind through. She also said shes going to run maximum sales success for a few more weeks then post up a testimonial

Something else I've just noticed is that I haven't looked at porn in weeks. Just zero desire to, it actually does nothing for me at the moment. I've also had some thoughts today about things I need to do to get my life on track. Going to the gym, eating right etc.

Lately ive noticed all the confidence from stage 1 has pretty much gone.

In saying that neediness is down and I am concentrating on work more but the gym has slipped as I am just to exhausted to get there

One thing I have been getting comments on is that I seem more calm and authentic and real. Not sure if this is what to expect from stage 2 but its kind of cool as thats part of what I have been aiming for

Its weird been contemplating a lot during the last few days. How I used to be and how I am now.

I've actually started to see at some points in my life I did have a lot of friends and girls that were interested in me. I've noticed that some of this was due to my social status and leadership position in my old job. Also the fact that I was very picky with girls but I knew this was a lot to do with fear as I knew if I didn't see a women as good enough then I would not fear talking to her and the standards I had set were ridiculous to say the least so no one could meet them.

I'm almost at the point now where I just don't care about being alpha or not. At the same time I feel very socially withdrawn and a little down but relaxed at the same time. Motivation is down but this could be due to my low testosterone and not having had my injections that i'm meant to have.

I really couldn't care whether I talk to people or not at the moment and have not much of a desire to try impress anyone.

I've had quite a few times where I strongly believe I will never have another girl in my life but at the same time i'm ok with that. I've also been questioning a lot whether this program has changed me at all but I just tell myself that its just something I put on at night and it involves zero effort.

Kind of confusing time to say the least.

Also had approach anxiety come up big time and I know this has always been an issue so thinking of running overcome approach anxiety as well for a couple of months.

Also still feel like I dont want to or need to socialise at the moment. Just feel like being in my own hideaway at the moment

That's similar to what I had in stage two with similar memories coming.
Just accept it,I didn't want to socialize either at that stage.Stick with
the alpha set and don't usee other subliminals with it,it's better to let
it work by itself.It will also deal with approach anxiety.
