The more I see about this manifestation stuff, the more I wanna give it another try! I gave it a shot once a while ago. And technically, I did manifest what I was trying to get, but by the time I realized it, I spent it all (money) because it didn't come in the form that I was imagining. My affirmation didn't specify it though.

The first time I tried manifestation, I asked for "money". But I didn't specify how much. So you know what manifested? A metal detector. It was as if the answer was, "Here, go find whatever you're willing to find."

I used that metal detector to buy gas and oil for the motor scooter I had at the time, pay for dates and get food for myself.

so.... i tried this manifestation thing a week ago or so, after reading a bit about it on this forum.

it was in regards to a new income opportunity.

What did you do and imagine? This is something I might want to try too. My first problem is that I want to do something more or less different, but I can't think of what it'd be, and thus I can't visualize it. I remember Igor L. something saying in a self hypnosis program that it'd be enough to visualize how you feel when you are working in that new job, and not so much the specifics of what that job would be - allowing the subconscious to take you to a job that leads to the feelings you're imagining. Interesting.

My mom taught me that when u put your open palms together, and the line that connects thru both palms is an arc or canoe shape, you will have a beautiful spouse. How true it is, I can't say.... nor do I care. But i WILL USE IT! I had this knowledge all along and haven't been using it.... i even read about it before -_-

I shall use it on the Polish girl, we spent some hours together in a metaphysical store, she would eat the reading from the palm of my hand.... pun sincerely intended.

What's a reliable, free online palmistry resource to learn?

The two resources you want are google and amazon. I recommend getting a good book on it and using that.

You're going to get better information if you sink some bucks into it.

There is a very good book by Enid Hoffman, I think her name was, called Hands: A Complete Guide to Palmistry. I read this 23 years ago, and it was very thorough. Covered everything, from wrists to fingernails. I wish I still had it, but I don't think it's really that high priority for me. But that's the book I found most interesting and worthwhile on the subject.

hot damn, was i heated today. and yesterday. I went to sleep aggravated about something work related, and when i woke up, the anger came right back because the situation presented itself again. I don't see how the subliminal channeled it into anything productive yet... but both yesterday and today, i did what i usually do when i get into heavy states of emotion: talk to someone in my mentor support group, and write down what i'm feeling, and then rule 4 violating stuff.

so.... yea. that's what has happened yesterday and today.

laziness, exhaustion, & procrastination are the highlights of my day. lol

E2.... it's not all peaches and cream for me like i see in some other journals. i seem to be struggling a bit, just a little bit every day... but that's ok, i am sure there is growth to come out of this.

i feel a little unmotivated, and i just want to sleep. likely because i am burned out!

oh, and i feel super benevolently mischievous because i leave my E2 subliminal playing in my room while my room mates are still sleeping.. bwahahahahaa, they WILL experience emotional healing BWAHAHAHAHA. one of my room mates, we'll call him Big T, has been one of my best friends since September 2014, and I haved lived with him since then. Our friendship is becoming stronger now that both of us are being exposed to E2! So I guess that's a positive aspect of the program

Make sure you get rest whenever you can. And I don't mean sleep. I mean like just stopping what you're doing and sit in silence for a few minutes. I can usually tell when I need this mental rest. I usually come back from it more relaxed and ready to tackle things instead of constantly pushing.

I went to a rave tonight. I noticed that I'm not so concerned with other people looking at me as I usually do!

I was comfy dancing by myself, and in my own world... didn't care about others unless our dancing interfered with each other ^_^

I'm taking the night off the subliminal, so I can have super restful sleep as tomorrow is the first day off Im getting in 14 days. I thoroughly plan to enjoy it. I'm at my sisters house for the night, her birthday party is tomorrow so I'm gonna spend some quality time with her and her husband.

Contemplating another 32 day run of OF5G after this... wasn't intending on doing E2 and OF5G alternating, but I like this self discovery process.

nothing really to report. the naturalizer is doing a hell of a job at making changes seem like it's always been that way.

I would recommend MINIMUM 6 months of OF.

It has a momentum effect - the more you run it, the more powerful the results get. I've done a lot of subs, but that one was the one that was most life-changing.

time is flying as i stay busy.. figures eh? well i got a car, but i wasn't as excited as i thought i would be... it's been difficult to get me "excited" like i used to get before AM6.

thanks for the suggestion geodude, i wonder if OF5G will require as much time to get the level of results you got with OF4G. Anyway, between OF5G and EPRHA 2, i spent $200 which i wasn't planning on spending since my original plan was just AM6 and SM3 back to back to back... so i might as well take advantage of the OF5G and E2 while i have 'em... so i might just have to extend the length of running E2... but i'll decide in 15 days.

I don't get very excited about anything anymore, either. It's like an even-keeled attitude. Less ups, but less downs too.

I think people see "new" stuff as their "savior" - the "thing" that will make them happy (!!!), and they get all excited. The feeling lasts for a short time, and then it's on to get that next new thing!

I think it's a sign of maturity and emotional intelligence to not get excited. There's more internal supply of validation and satisfaction, and less external is needed/wanted.
