Shannon quick question. You said that meditation conflicts with state shifting programs. Can you define what you mean by meditation?
I like to wake up, look at the wall, and focus on my breathing before I start my day. I do the same at night as well. I consider this my meditation and I can say without a doubt that I do feel better when I do it compared to when I don't. This was before subs as well as during. Does this conflict with state shifting?
