It works by telling you to balance your ego with humility. Which, it would appear, you are interpreting differently than was intended. It was intended to be interpreted as being a constant effect, not a set of cycles between the two. I will make note of this for correction in the next version.
Just to make sure you haven't misinterpreted what I'm describing: I don't cycle up and down in confidence, I had it and now it's gone. Just like last time I ran AM6. That time it happened in stage 2, this time in stage 4.
That would be an entirely different issue, then. That is a testament to the fact that the program is both having positive effect on you, and not yet finished doing whatever you still need it to do.
