Either one will work, but if you want masked instead of ultrasonic, one is going to be a lot less easy to listen to.
In that case, it seems contigious is likely the most practical. Otherwise, that could be annoying, people could be woken up often when the tracks restart. I remember that's why you purposely have had the masked tracks continue on during ASRB breaks.
Yes, and the solution is simple, I was just having a brain fart moment. It takes a LOT of mental energy to do the calculation and disambiguation of the ASRB, so even though I just got here an hour or two ago, I already need caffeine.
