I think the biggest thing Shannon is trying to convey here is the basis that AM can give and the fact that it takes effort and time meaning it's a journal

I've just finished AM6 not long ago and in the near future I'll start SM3
I might want to do a short run of AOS BIATBW ASC and of course AM refresher before starting SM3
I'll journal each of them as I go along
Currently I'm using OPH but I'm not sure how long I'll be using it
The universe pushed me to do a different diet and it might help as well
