After having listened to so many subs for so long and sometimes a little too loud i've done damage to my hearing where I can't listen to subs too loud for too long. I try to go as close to the volume on the instructions but sometimes it's not possible. This has prevented me from re-listening to old subs I have (which required 8+ hours a day) and having to wait for them to be rebuilt with newer tech which requires less listening times.
Are the volume instructions more like a guideline and will we still get results as long as it's loud enough for us to hear the audio? I hope there's leeway when it comes to the volume.
The volume I calculate is the volume at which the most people will get the best results. Use that volume whenever possible, and stay as close as possible otherwise. Also try using the Masked version at the specified volume to see if that helps.
