Seems so strange that she's not responding.
At what point would I just give up? a week of 24/7? 2 weeks of 24/7?
btw: my weight is very much settled at the 5lbs lighter than when I started. If it bounces up for a day because of a party or dinner out, within a couple days it drops right back down.
This past week I weighed EXACTLY the same each morning plus or minus 2 tenths of a pound. It won't do me any harm to continue to be exposed to the AppSupp, will it? Even though I've responded very well....?
If you get to running it 24/7, run it for at least a month that way. If she still doesn't respond, you'll need to await an update to that program. My goal is to release that program with improvements and updates and inclusions on a semi-regular basis as a stepping stone to building the next program for weight loss. Each step will attempt to correct the issues the previous version has, and add a new concept. It's not going to be released as a free upgrade every time, but if you find that it's not working for you - as in this case - I don't have a problem upgrading you for free until it does.
Sounds good. Honestly, I'm getting discouraged. It takes a good bit of effort to keep this playing 24/7 in the different rooms she spends time in. I'll keep it up a couple more weeks.
The one change is that she said to me yesterday, "I'm going to go back to counting calories and being real strict" so we'll see.
With me, I've had to change up my workout regimen yet again due to the unavailability of my gym (due to stupid covid restrictions). I'm doing more exercise, more frequently and feel like I've put on some muscle as well as about a pound of weight. We'll see....
One option is to make her play it 24/7 on her phone.
Other than that, this program is going to be cycling back around for update in the not too distant future, since I'm going to be slowly but surely building out parts that will eventually go into the next version of the weight loss program. So it'll get an update and we can go from there and see how it goes. I'm just strapped for time more than anything lately.
Playing it on her phone isn't an option. She uses it as her radio and she is an obsessive radio listener, she can't work without having something interesting playing in the background.
I'll continue for another week or so, but if we don't see progress, I'll go back to using the Subs that I actually want to use for my own improvement.
For her sake I'm hoping that her plan to do her calorie counting + exercise process again will help. She really wants to drop the weight. She's complaining her clothes are fitting too tight or not at all anymore.
