On ASC, I was getting angry all the time and, for me, this was because I was running into fears a lot. I'd get angry towards the fear itself, towards "other people" or the situation for supposedly setting these limits on me, or towards myself for enforcing these stupid limits. This would slowly shift my expressions forwards.
