You are defining the AM program but you want to add the name renaissance man above.

Alpha wasn't enough because there are two types of alpha. Those who rely on the ability to demonstrate physical strength and/or intimidation to achieve and maintain alpha and those who achieve alpha by being masters of themselves. The former always fades away over time, and the latter always gains in strength over time. It's worth differentiating.
