As for maturity... that is not dealt with directly, but happens as a natural consequence of the other things going on. The program is designed to cause several things primarily, and also to trigger several more as "side effects". Some are user-directed, and based on what the user wants to achieve. I see no reason why that wouldn't be a benefit of using the program for you as such.
