Usually try one 20 minute session and then smaller 5 minute ones when I got the time. Usually before bed and during the evening.
I'm going to try as I wake up to get a good routine going. Meditation is the key to survive in this world nower days imho.
In terms of SM3 I'm seeing more internal changes. I feel more social with family and out and about with strangers. I am no longer a recluse in my room and I am feeling more testosterone (??) increasing as I feel more horny and aggressive. I can sense that something will happen soon enough in terms of female interaction. Stage 2 in a week. I will imagine more results when I begin that.
You can use 10 seconds mediation in every hour or particular hour besides your normal practice. There are ample apps for that too. I feel great when I see people do meditation rigorously. Once you get it , it's amazing and addictive.
