I think when subliminals stack up they create the most beautiful experience... I have ran AM6 for 2 times with BASE in between. The run after BASE feels pretty special as I definitely have felt that BASE skills are working... such as networking with people, etc. It's not that strong, however. Giving it a number probably would range around 70% compared to I was running BASE. Now I am at AM6 stage 5 nearing the end, I can still feel the impact it is bringing me. BASE programming is definitely weaker but they are there.
I seem to have absorbed BASE pretty nicely compared with AM. My Am programming, barring that I have ran both AM5 and Am6 before, diminished around Stage 4 of BASE. However BASE really remained a long time for me... and I did consciously try to maintain this programming during AM because it is very useful. So the conclusion is that for each run through, depending on your resistance, will last longer or shorter for the next run.
BASE lasted for a long time also because I created a lifestyle that I used it everyday. If you want to maintain all effects from any subs you use, you need to consciously live the programming. I am working mostly on my business nowadays even during AM, and then hitting the gym (which is what I got from AM) every 2 days. For my future WM and SM run-through I will probably create scenarios such as going out every 3 days or so just so all my programmings can integrate into a beautiful piece.
No need to worry about it though if you are willing to use it for the rest of your life (seriously). If you balance out the programming usage, say you run Am-wm-sm for the next 10 years or so, NOT considering any major updates to each, you will get to a point where you live the lifestyle of WM while having attraction and skills from SM. It's just a matter of which one you want more of... if you don't like sex too much then WM, or if you are sex thirsty then SM. Eventually the sub you run more of will overwrite and have more effects than the other. Shannon has answered about the conflicting nature of both subs... Good news that they conflict on the minus part but overall they co-exist.

AM5 -> AM6 -> BASE -> AM6 -> BASE -> AM6(Current)
