I used MLS 3.0 when it first came out a couple years ago. Headphone usage (~1 hour or more a day) really sped up the effects. I ran it for 4 months, stopped, and then picked it back up last year around January and then once again this year in February. Its a good sub man, but it does take time. I also ran it with Overcome Procrastinaiton and became a learning machine. Dominated my classes from Spring to Summer. I stopped in the fall for some BS reason but I'm sure you'll love it after a month or so. Just keep chugging.
