DAY 6
Total 9.5 hours listened ultrasonic tones from stereo
(1.5 hours of those listening while awake)
No earbuds today
So today, I again tried to do a memory recall test of some random thing; this time I was trying to recall a name of a random person from some weeks back; again didn’t come instantly but I am thinking I finally remembered after a little over an hour or so.
I also tried watching a documentary for 10 minutes on youtube; and its actual length was 50 minutes but I tested myself for only the first 10 minutes what I could recall.
So of 20 facts that I listened to I could only remember 3/20.
I don’t remember any particular dreams I’ve had unfortunately. I am going to still continue to do active participation and practice on recall and testing myself on a daily basis which I think is a good idea while listening to MLS 5g.
I also think I have been having a clear focus today without any thought distractions unless I personally want to think about stuff.
Too bad I couldn’t listen for 12 hours as I was planning on doing but hopefully starting tomorrow, I can finally start it.
I even listened to random topics on Youtube that were about 2 or 3 minutes in length; I am sure that anyone, even those not using MLS, could grasp facts that are in lectures for 2 - 3 minutes but I'd say I 'learned' something on 2 subjects I never knew before (trigonometry and biochemistry) just to experiment with; literally its now 'stuck' in my brain (some pieces n details).
