There is high chance she is crazy but you can't know for sure. Maybe you are so attractive that she can't control herself 
or it's the manifestation.
Though I never met the girl so I can't rely on intuition here. So maybe you are right, she is probably crazy.
But just a girl saying she wants to have baby isn't a red flag for me. My ex told me that a lot of time and I never had any problems with her in that area. In fact I consider that a good thing
To me it means she is feminine enough to say that. But there is also the context as to why she say that. The reason behind it, it can be manipulation or just an healthy attitude. It's not because she says that then it's a red flag. Countless girls want kids, it's natural for them to want them, they are girls after all.
But the opposite can be a red flag to me, a girl saying that she never wants kids. It's suspicious, maybe she isn't feminine enough.
What can you lose anyway? Even if she wants kids with you, you are not going to have sex with her without condom. What do you lose ?

The man is here to prevent that because some woman are so emotional that they don't think about consequences. They rely on their needs to think. If a guy is weak then he will say yes out of his neediness. It's probably what happens in your case.
If she want to have sex without condom then you can run away
or use a condom anyway.
