I can't find it now but I read a post by Shannon the other day on the topic of resistance and it roughly said that sometimes listening to less hours is more effective because it doesn't trigger as much resistance. Edit: Found it, it was in this thread: http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-5838-p...l#pid91655
This post encouraged me to experiment and I have now throttled SR back to 8 hours per day. I feel like listening to the subliminal for 18-21 hours per day in the beginning was actually creating a lot of stress and made the progress really unpleasant. I think largely as an effect of running SR I prefer a gentler path of progress. But I also think the path where you trigger less resistance is actually more effective.
Shannon, based on this experience I'm having, I'm not sure that subliminal effectiveness is as simple as snowflake theory. I think resistance makes it more complicated.
