The 5g upgrade of OF sounds phenomenal.
Here's an open question to anyone who has used OF or who plans to use it: What are people using it for?
I've used the 4G for several runs over the past six months as part of an effort to stay focused and moving forward against a tsunami of clusterf***s (i.e. rather than to overcome a specific problem or issue). I had been thinking about turning to Stress Release 5G, but was concerned about becoming complacent at a time where much needs to get done. OF 5G seems to add features that create a mindset where one can really become engaged in dealing with the matter(s) at hand.
Oh, one last benefit I hope OF 5g nails down is overcoming mental blocks. I think I posted previously that I've had some great and unexpected benefits in beating writer's block, such as pushing through a few pages and then learning I'd left OF silently streaming in the background during the whole session.
