Shannon, thank you for focusing OF on OF, even though I'd have suggestions on how to improve it. But some programs seem defocussed and that is our fault as community.
For future 6-stage-programs it might be a good advice to really know the target audience, to nail down the goals and then know how to focus on achieving the goals without adding too much fuzzy stuff around it.
