I remember reading somewhere that took Shannon 8 runs to get where he wanted to be. You're just going to have to keep doing it over and over. Also it may depend on your prior beliefs system. For example I believe that anything is possible , but it doesn't It mean it will happen. I also like the idea of running MLS 4G or 5g for at least 3 months my logic is that the material from 6 stages will be better absorbed. For anxiety look at a supplement called phenibut.
Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you, but are you saying that you believe that MLS will help with learning/absorbing AM or other subs? I'm curious because that was my initial impression as well but I haven't seen any other opinions that agree. I'm new here, but my initial plan was to do ERPHA, then MLS, and then move onto to the AM and follow up stuff because I believed that the MLS would make everything faster.
In my head it makes sense to use MLS 5g or 4G so you can learn faster because the faster you learn the faster you can adapt. Part of our survival is adapting , learning faster gives you a huge advantage in the world. So it makes sense to me to run it before or after AM. That's what I want to do ; so my inner conflict is run AM shortly and keep the material fresh or MLS so I can maximize the results of my next run. Even if that works which I believe it will hardwork never stops you have to keep doing AM over and over and over. I'm essentially saying persistence no matter what.

Yea i want to do the same focus on just AM , but other issues that may have not been handled will arise . I eventually want to do WM, but the core has to be heavily strengthened so the coating looks nice.
