This has me either thinking that its the sub making me a "transcendant alpha" or I'm just too f*cking lazy or too much of a pussy to bother.
I don't understand how status can be independent of other people when the very word status refers to your status in the pack.
I can't find anything about transcendent alphas on the web, is this a concept that Shannon created himself? I want to know more, can anyone link some sources?
Edit: Is a transcendent alpha a mixture of a monk and a traditional alpha? I've heard Sarge say AM6 feels zen like and I get that feeling from it too. A lot of letting go instead of challenging. Stuff like that.
I'm the one who coined the term "transcendent alpha", but the concept may not have originated with me.
Status can be independent of others because it can be self chosen instead of chosen by those around you. I have the status I have because I choose it to be so, and what others think of my status does not matter. That is internally designated status, and it ironically generates a higher status externally.
You can find out more about transcendent alpha on this forum with a search, and of course, the other resources mentioned.
