Hey Shannon i got few questions on the anchor points
For anchors points such as alpha male.
1. Should we identify ourselves what our anchor points are and consciously take them out? (As in being vigilant about our behaviour when ever we do something beta and correct it )
If you can, conscious effort to do that is very helpful in enhancing and supporting the subconscious effort usually. But not every anchoring point is going to be something you are consciously aware of.
Quote:2. How do we know what our own anchor points are? is it base off of fear? for example if i am afraid of doing something, is that an indication of having an anchor point there?
It is not easy to know what all the anchor points are consciously. Almost invariably they will be based in fear, according to my research. So just trace back the fear as far as you can and that should help. But without an advanced understanding of the subconscious, it's hard to do that in a lot of cases.
Anchor points are intersupportive issues that help form the whole of "what is". So for example, with weight as an issue, insecurity (fear) is often an anchor point, low self esteem (fear of not being good enough), poor self body image (fear of not being attractive enough), anxiety (fear of something in particular that us subconsciously triggered but may or may not be consciously understood), control issues (fear of being vulnerable if one is not in control), and of course there can be a variety of triggers that are associations which are programmed, such as the association with eating to being loved, cared about, safe, taken care of, valued, etc. or being overweight to being safe, protected, unattractive enough to prevent XYZ from happening, big enough to prevent XYZ from happening, etc.
Some of these make no logical sense, but the subconscious mind understands them perfectly. For this reason, it may be that the real anchor point is too deeply buried subconsciously to understand without effort, or it is too illogical for the logical mind to easily trace without advanced understanding of the subconscious and oneself in specific.
Quote:3. Since i just finish running am6 few days ago. And i can see my behaviour shift does that mean some things are regenerating ? How do i identify which are the good behaviours that are balancing out (aka being between the spectrum Alpha male and who i am in the core) and which ones are the bad behaviour (beta male) that are resurfacing ?
For example : lets say now i am joking around more with girls, and being less "one directional alpha person" . Technically speaking its hard to say is it really more alpha or less alpha behaviour cause it stems from the intent....
So how do we truly identify ourselves?
Thanks
When you finish a program, you're going to see two things happen generally while you rest. First, any remaining anchor points will attempt to regenerate and reassert themselves, and second, the programming that has been installed will attempt to manifest as the subconscious no longer has to focus on input comprehension, processing and storage.
How they balance out will depend on how long you rest, and how strong each one is. If you see, after a week or two, anchor points from pre-run reasserting themselves, then you either need to remove that particular anchor point (if it's only one left), and/or re-run the whole program.
