It looked like it wouldn't be that challenging, but I haven't been keeping myself in condition and I can definitely say that this was challenging. I'm still a little light headed. I'm glad I'm getting back to it though, it just felt right to be challenging my body. It felt good. I shouldn't have any problems sticking strictly to this training routine. Once I'm back on top of it, I may add some things in.
