I do agree. Acting is what I want to do for a career and what I am training for. I was also really into physical fitness over the summer. Once classes started, I had less time and on a college budget, I couldn't eat my primal meals like I had cooked at home. I still maintain an 8 hr IF window though most days.
If I could just get in the gym 4 days a week and do some solid work for 30-45 min I know I could finally get where I want to be. Just gotta make the time. With the subs, I feel like I need more sleep most of the time, but I just gotta make the time. I feel if I could just get to single digit bodyfat, I'd definitely be in great shape to model which could help me with my acting.
And about the Youtube channel. I've thought about it for a while. And I feel like I'd need at least one other person to do it with me and maybe over time someone to edit the videos. I think having at least 2 people on a team would be really productive for creating new ideas. Just gotta find someone.
But yeah, tomorrow regardless I'll definitely at least do some bodyweight training to start conditioning myself again. And I don't mean some jumping jacks, I mean like pushups, handstand holds, squat thrusts..the real deal.
